Rick & Jane May are the best of the best! We have used them 2 times and they always deliver great service and professional advice along the way. We are lucky to have met them and will only use them in our future mortgage needs. Mortgages are a very delicate and can become very complicated, having Rick and Jane on our corner not only gave us peace of mind but knew if I listen and follow their advice we would get through it with the BEST possible outcome!

I recommended Mann Mortgage to gal interested in buying my home. I had a good previous experience with one of the loan officers when buying my home. I respectfully won't mention any names. But this time was very frustrating! The pre-approval process for my interested buyer was initiated in May 2015. It's now September 2015 and we've apparently been dropped and ignored! Throughout summer I called multiple times and left voicemails to touch base with the loan officer because the process was really starting to drag out. The buyer said she was also actively trying to communicate with them with no luck. Weeks and months would pass before I would receive a call back! My last voicemail was left in August 2015 and I simply never got a call back. I was not a direct client of Mann Mortgage, but being involved with my potential buyer in this long, frustrating, inconclusive process has been a downright BAD experience. I'd be content if I'd received notice that there was a problem, maybe a life disruption or company change causing the delays, but there was just nothing! Very unprofessional! I will never recommend this company again!

Rick & Jane are great people and they do an amazing job explaining every step of the home loan process. I highly recommend anyone looking to get a home loan to utilize their expertise you won't be disappointed!
