I've never worked with Magnolia Closings before but I hope to again. They are responsive and diligent to get to the closing table. They offer a very fun "closing toast" and a great opportunity for a closing photo for the clients memory! They are always available and prompt with any questions and responsive with answers. This is an updated review. After we closed with Magnolia we found that I paid over $3000 for taxes that had already been paid through the mortgage. What’s upsetting is that up to and during the closing my wife had asked about the taxes and Magnolia Closing brushed it off. In an effort to get the closing done I really didn’t pay much attention and what a mistake. Magnolia Closing should have taken care of this and I had to pay twice for taxes. Really upsetting.

This team was so very helpful and patient with me! I had so much going on at the time and so I was getting behind on taking care of paperwork they had emailed me to get signed and back to them.
