I found that because I didn't know what I didn't know, they were not going to volunteer information. By contrast, Ms. McConnell provided an educational workshop that addressed my concerns, answered them well. She did not rely on my ignorance (as I suspected the big national lenders did) to secure my commitment. She was clear about the pros and cons.
