Jeremy and the whole team here are amazing. They helped my wife and I with a home equity line as well as a MUCH lower rate credit card than we had from our old bank. Highly recommend!
K
They really have excellent customer service if you deal with the local manager. I had some questions about my account and they worked hard to resolve the issue. They currently have a great rate-of-return for their checking account program.

Terrible experience Have been working on opening a business account for over a month. Account gets open but no online access. Made calls to resolve... week later nothing. Now have had account for a month and no visibility online to the business account which pretty much makes it impossible to function. They did a system upgrade - Zelle was offered... wasn't working so called and escalated as an issue. They said it was a "known issue". 2 weeks later it still isn't working! I am at the end of my rope with this place.

I have my Five Hearts Preschool business account here as well as my personal accounts. The staff is amazing. They have been so helpful to me. It is never crowded and always clean and welcoming.

the worst. called the united federal branch on double r using a 775 area code and of course this number dumps one into voice menu land. after getting on the line with cody sampson(a person whoul should be fired or imprisoned to transfer fifty thousand dollars for a house closing to another account...the little pos disappears, doens ttransfer our money and of course doesn tcall us back. we get worried and call back the ops center and cody isnt areound and the transfer dept has left for the day which will f-up our closing on wednesday. any bank employee who botchesd a 50000 transfer would be fired immediatly unless convicted of cocain possesion and then gets rehab paid for by other bank employees. a credit of 1000 for cody sampsons 50,000 blunder would be fair in my opinion. united federal sucks, imo. grow up and start serving customers properly or dont post the branch number if it doesnt go there.

BEWARE THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!! THE MANAGER CHARGED ME FIFTY OVERDRAFT FEES TOTALING OVER $1500!!!!!!!!! IN LESS THAN A WEEK WHEN MY ANNUAL INCOME IS $24,000!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS CREDIT UNION THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!! When trying to resolve this issue the manager told me to simply deposit money to fix the problem, well I’m a real person with real bills & so I don’t just have $1500 laying around to throw at a company who created the deficit in the first place by overcharging me $30 50 times!!!!!! I was never notified when my account went negative (you’d think this common courtesy would happen but think again they don’t want you to know when your account goes over because they want to charge you these outrageous fees so they can collect their income!!!!!!!!!!)
