I've had several loans with Freedom Road and every experience with them has been nothing short of fantastic. Customer service is incredible and their rates are always far below standard rate. I've always enrolled in auto-pay and it's always gone smoothly. Highly recommended!

Terrible customer service. Never received my title. They argued with me that my dealership screwed up when my dealership sent me documentation to prove otherwise. Additionally, they charged me after my loan was paid off and claimed it was my fault for paying off my loan early. Never again will I deal with this company. Stay far way.

The people are crooks!! I missed one payment and they repod my motorcycle. I have been consistent for 2 years and am appalled by the lack of professionalism. Then they had the audacity to make me pay my loan in full (which I did) and they charged me an extra $1000 in repo/storage fees. I was fine with this but after paying it and being informed this was the absolute total, they storage company charged me another 500. Absolutely rediculous. Do not do business with these guys.

When someone pays you in full for their motorcycle and then you send a Notice Of Lien Satisfied letter, you are to release the title so it is sent to the owner. Instead, you never did that and over a year letter I have to wait at the DMV due to freedom road financials negligence. The absolute worst company.

Please do not use this lender. I read the other reviews and did not take anyone's advice unfortunately. I really wish I had heeded the advice of others but I was persuaded to use them by the dealership because I think they had some sort of incentive. My experience: They initiate transactions and charge your financial institution earlier than the date you authorize. Overall really shady company and rude customer service reps.

Just the worst. Here we are 11 months in and ask me how many times I’ve had to call in to make a payment? I’ll tell you. 11 times. Every month they call me for a missed payment even though I’ve enrolled in auto payment. I have snap shots of the screen even when I enroll, yet it never goes through and they call up and ask for a payment and of course a fee for late payment. Truly a horrible company to deal with. Period. Seems very illegal and now I’m going to, after I just made another penalty payment, report them to the Better Business Bureau.

This is an absolutely abysmal company and customer service.I want to pay off my loan so I can get the title and sell the bike, so I called the only listed number on the website and repeatedly got the error message that the number cannot be reached in both English and Spanish.I wrote to customer service explaining the issue I was having ,only to be told that it's not possible that their phone wasn't working.Mind you I had been calling all day and within the listed business hours, but every time I emailed customer service I got the same condescending response that there isn't anything wrong with their phone and no further attempt was made at helping me connect with someone ,even though I asked for an alternate number or some kind of other solution.Now, three days later their number is still out of reach and I'm at a dead end ,because customer service refuses to do anything but deny that their phone isn't working and has stopped replying to my requests for assistance.I have now tried calling over 50 times over three days, same error messages in English and Spanish every time.Complete dead end and an even less vital customer service.

Customer Service is rude, condescending, and in a hurry to get you off the phone. Doesn't like answering questions for a new customer. If I purchase a new motorcycle in the future, I will reject any loans offered by this company. Ridiculous service and would not recommend them.

This place is great! I bought a ktm 300 tpi from these guys and the experience was wonderful! they had my title in my hand in 3 days after I paid off my motorcycle no hesitations at all. All of these bad reviews must be from people who don't pay there bills! This is a real review from a real person outta Texas! I have nothing but good from this institution. I dealt with Stephanie Simmons she's a great honest person to work with btw. Thanks again Stephanie for all your help,hope ya get a promotion 😉! I will be using these folks again for my next bike purchase. Can't say enough good things for this institution!

Customer service is not ver good. First time I called I was hung up on before anyone said hello. Called back,Rep didn't even verify my info to confirm who he was speaking too. All he did was ask for my name. I gave it and it was dead silence. Then I'd ask a question and dead silence. I didn't know if he was looking up the info or if I'd lost the call. Just not very professional at all. Now let's see how long it takes for me to get TITLE. he said it would be sent out 21st.. I hope I don't have to call back.

I appreciate FRF! My 21' KTM 450 FE is home because of them! I do love the last 2 times I called to verify they received my payments I get through within 2 minutes each time! Wow'd. Great rates, great service, just keep to making sure they get that money.

Some of these reviews had me regretting buying this motorcycle. After filling my car with a $92 fill up, I had enough and made an impulse purchase and bought a KTM 890 Duke. After the smoke settled I was looking over all the paperwork pretty well. I had no experience with FreedomRoad so I decided to research them. The reviews were all over the place and wasn't sure what I would encounter if I needed to call customer service and hoped I didn't have to . I'm very much on top of my finances and went to set up my online account and realized I did not have the account number yet as I haven't received my first bill. Called the phone number and with 3 prompts and 30 seconds on hold, Andrea W picked up the phone. Literally one of the best customer service representatives I've ever had the pleasure of speaking with. Super helpful, super friendly and very knowledgeable. Gave me a few dos and don'ts regarding opening the online account and less than 3 minutes opened the account and made my first payment. The website is maybe a 6/10, defiantly used better and most defiantly used worse. My experience was the polar opposite of the negative reviews I've seen here

This company charged me $4712.00 instead of $247.12 and won’t refund the almost $4500. They wanted to mail me a form and put me through an almost 30 day process. So now my bank is disputing and filing a fraud claim. I would highly recommend not using this service.

Was looking to buy a PWC, and was told that there would only be a soft-pull to prequalify. I actually reiterated more than once, that the only way I would consider their offer is if there is only a soft pull. 10 minutes later I get an alert form Experian that these jokers had done a hard pull on my credit. I had to" lock" my credit file. BEWARE! If they have no problem lying about this, you gotta wonder what you'll have to deal with if you take a loan out from them.

They have been great to deal with, and i just paid off my Triumph! I got through to customer service in less than 30 seconds once I selected the right option from their phone menu.

CSR was rude AF. Gave me a nasty attitude after I followed their instructions and the page did not display as they described. Barley listened to what I had to say afterwards and accused me of repeating myself. Pretty sure she was high. Website is from the 90's.

If you’re starting to see a trend with the other reviews, it’s because they’re true. If there’s an option to work with a different financing company then take it, Freedom Road is truly frustrating to deal with.

My husband and me should of never financed thru this business. Very very rude customer service. Not helpful at all. Will treat you very rudely on the phone even tho we're the customers that are making sure they get a paycheck at the end of the day. Please to anyone else go elsewhere!!!

Customer service is good (I have called them several times now), however the site is designed in a way that makes it inconvenient to login, you need to keep a special user ID (12 digits) on hand. which breaks all my password management. This is probably considered a feature and not a bug as it encourages missing/late payments. I do not recommend this bank

This is my second loan with this company, I never had any issues once so ever. Every time I have to call they are so friendly and very helpful. I don’t understand all these bad reviews, just pay on time and keep you payment information up to date and you won’t have any issues at all. 5 start rating for sure!

My husband had his Payments set to Autopay and then got late payment notices, he called and they said his auto pay had expired and they couldn't just keep taking his money... isn't that what auto pay is for? (yes, my husband should have been checking his account but he set up auto pay so he didn't have too, we switched payments to my account after that LOL) they reported it to the credit agencies and he now has a ding on his credit reports because of them. So happy to be paying off his bike and not have to deal with them anymore!!!

Many of our customers enjoy the convenience of the recurring payments, but they are set up by the customer in Account Management and we are not able to access this system to make changes. So when the loan is paid in full, the customer is the only one who can access the recurring payments to turn them off. AutoPay is a different system, set up by our Customer Service Reps, and it ends automatically so the customer doesn’t overpay the loan by accident. If you do have a loan with us again, it sounds like AutoPay might be the best option for you.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced can’t even make first payment over the phone the voice recorded machine doesn’t understand anything even if you type it in manually been trying to make payment for over a day now
