Went to this branch to wire money. I was informed their “sole” banker was booked for the entire day and tried to send me to their main branch. Why is this branch even in business? Horrible structure. Always understaffed. Your branch manager needs to be on the ball about these things. This was a simple transaction and nothing complicated. You have a concierge associate who’s sole job is to greet people but can’t execute a wire transfer????? This is extremely poor service from a branch located in an upscale area. Bank with a credit union, you’ll get treated way better.

Very poor service. Was not willing to help customer with name change even though there were 4 staff members in the building with one other customer. Extremely unhelpful and said to “make an appointment online or go drive and check other branches”. Also open 9AM to 4PM on weekdays “due to COVID” over a year after the COVID shutdown. I’m not sure how closing at 4PM helps with COVID... it doesn’t. But it helps with BofA’s bottom line and COVID is a convenient cop-out.

Spoke with manager yesterday who really didn’t care to help me out in anyway. He was fine if I took my money to bank somewhere else even though I have been with them for over 10 years. Don’t see the benefits of banking here and obviously have horrible customer service.

Wheels are coming off of the bus here today. Not just me that is unhappy. I count 5 disgruntled customers. It should not be this difficult to cash a check written at this bank.

Opening at 10 isn't convenient for business owners. You can do better BOA.

Alex the manager at this location is so on top of everything its incredible! He is always greeting me, handling any requests or questions no matter how obscure I feel the question or request is. I refuse to go to any other BOFA branch in the area and its for the consistent, friendly and accurate service I receive, its like Cheers, everyone knows your name! Every time I come in its like seeing friends, its the way I run my business, complete ownership and the way I expect to be treated and with Alex managing and directing a great team of interested, competent people, I wont go anywhere else!

Can't say enough about this Branch. Alex White III, Kenneth and staff have made banking a pleasure again. As a Resident of Reno since '78, you can imagine how many banks I've dealt with. Opened my 1st account w/BofA when I was fifteen; now I'm back for life. Thanks so much for taking such good care of me. And their app is five-star. Troubles with yours...give them a call 📱 💰😊

Terrible customer service. I’ve been a BofA customer for 40 years. This is the worst branch I’ve ever been to. Run, don’t walk, to another bank. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

There customer service department was deplorable at best they lied to me after making me wait a hour on hold I understand with the storm that slot of systems are messed up but to loose all the money in someone's account then give them a negative balance then to top it off lie to them with customer service I'm very annoyed with them and unless they do something drastic to fix this and the stress it's caused me then not only will I not bank with them but everyone I know will know of these practices
