Great experience here! Very professional and efficient shop. Stephanie was wonderful helping us through the process, and Travis was great at keeping us informed as the work progressed. Our Subaru Forester looks and drives like new. All the repairs were checked and everything works great. Paint job is excellent. You can tell everyone here really cares about the quality of their work and the satisfaction of their customers. Would not hesitate to recommend!

My car has been to Diamond three times in the last 14 months for small fender-benders. Their service is superb! Stephanie, the receptionist, is always friendly and upbeat. I can highly recommend Paul. Throughout all the processes, he called and told me what they were doing, when and how it would happen and when he expected to be finished. It was always earlier than his estimate so that was a lovely surprise. Diamond Autobody is a superb business and I give them 100's of stars!

Rarely do I give 5 stars but needed to fix my car after a hit n run at the Atlantis. My whole driver's side was busted in, and I was parked in a handicap spot. Anyway, my insurance recommended Diamond Auto Body shop. Like I said, I rarely give a 5 star, but they installed all the new headlights and fog light I wanted on the car, and did an immaculate job on the body work. My car looks brand new, they also helped me save on the deductible for my new parts I purchased, and washed my vehical inside and out. Not to mention, they also were fast. It took a month to get it in the shop, but once in, less than a week for the repair. I'd like to personally thank the staff for there transparently cordial, friendly and professional business. I recommend this shop 5 star.

Overall experience with everyone at Diamond Auto Body was great. Travis my advisor was excellent and kept me well informed during all my repairs. He took great care in making sure the repairs were done with quality and upheld a high standard. I work in the automotive business and it is great to see a body shop that is doing things right. Great customer serives, very friendly, great communication and quick repairs once parts had arrived. We will definitely be back maybe for some paint work we might want to change up the color on 1 of the cars give it a little face lift.

Diamond Auto Body did a fantastic job on my car. My car looks brand new again! The staff is awesome and courteous. Stephanie and Paul kept me updated on the progress of my car throughout the repair process. Mike helped with the estimating and dealing with my insurance company. Please go to Yelp and read my original review of Diamond. They did fantastic job on my Kia and then made my Durango look brand new. I got a small rock chip in the newly painted Durgano. Paul came out and fixed it with the touch up paint! He didn't have to do that. He could have told me to do it myself. What fantastic customer service! I'm truly a customer for life!

GREAT PEOPLE! The team at Diamond Auto Body is top notch. Everyone from the front desk to the repair shop is friendly, knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. They did a beautiful job repairing and painting our 2017 Dodge Ram 3500 after an accident with a coyote. Travis took the time to explain the process, called with updates, and finished the work within the estimated time frame. Our truck looks beautiful again thanks to this team!!!

Great customer service! Their staff is welcoming and helpful and went out of their way to help me with my rental. My repairs were done super quick. When I picked up my car I mentioned a small issue I had with something inside, that was outside the scope of the repair, and someone came out right away to help me. I already recommended them to one of my coworkers.

After being involved in an accident with no other body shop wanting to accept my vehicle, Stephanie and their crew were more than willing to help me out. Can’t say enough nice things about Diamond Auto Body! They are so kind, and I felt that the service they provided went above and beyond my expectations. They were timely with their updates, and made renting through Enterprise easy and reliable. They coordinated everything with insurance for me, and were very fairly priced. My new bumper matches the rest of my car’s paint perfectly, and they washed my car before I picked it up. From the first phone call to the day I got my vehicle back, I knew my car was in the right hands! I had the most pleasant experience working with Stephanie and Travis, mainly, who made the drop-off process comfortable and easy, who stayed in constant communication with me, and fixed up the rear-end damage from a fender-bender accident - better than I could have imagined! They even cleaned/detailed the inside so that it was even more exiting to get into my like-new car! Travis was super nice and called me almost daily with updates. They even handled communications with my insurance and my rental so I had to do very little legwork myself . Diamond auto body I would not recommend this shop unless you are willing to pay triple over other shops. I had 3 different estimates done at 3 different shops in Reno. The 3 estimates were to have a new Cowl hood painted and faded into the front fenders to match, and Silver Dollar size dent in the passenger door repaired on my 3500 Ram. The first 2 estimates covered just that at a cost of $1800-$2500. Diamond auto body gave me a quote of $3200. (This is out of pocket not Insurance) I decided to go with Diamond Auto body because I didn’t want a cheep paint job done on my truck. Day 1 they had it, I get a call that they recommend replacing the molding and Ram plate on the door they’re fixing at $250 more (I agreed). Day 2, Travis calls and tells me they will need to prep the 2 front fenders and paint to fade at an additional cost of $1050 putting the total at $4500 and some change. I couldn’t believe it! They had given me a quote for a partial job, waited to get the truck there and Started the add on’s. I declined the paint and fade on the hood, and because they already started the repairs on the door I had to let them finish or ida had a half repaired door. When I went in to pay and retrieve my truck, they charged me ((($2068 for just the Silver Dollar size dent repair on the door))). You can still see the ripple in the door. They were going to get as much of the initial quote money out of me they could... Needless to say, I feel they lied about the cost to get me there and started to cheat me out of (Out Of Pocket) experiences once they started the work. Again, Would Not Recommend unless you have money to throw away

Diamond is great. My car had deep "keyed" scratches on both passenger and driver doors. My car now looks like new. They were very courteous and kept me informed as to their progress. They even had detailed repairs approved by Audi. I was very impressed with their service and would definitely recommend them.
