Offers great deals. Came in for the Friday deal of free rental, free lane. Arrived around 6p. The store front was nice if you are looking where to purchase this would be a good start. John helped set us up, total came to $46 for ammunition, targets, and goggles. It became real crowded real quick so would suggest getting there earlier than later.

Went in with my son to spend some time on the range and walked out with a Bul Armory Axe C Tomahawk. I had been looking at this gun and researching it for quite a few months and was so surprised when I asked them about it they said oh we have one right here. Lucky for me they had just gotten it in and they had only one. I must say that everyone who helped me was great and answered all my questions. No pressure in any of the discussions. Out of all the sales people I have to give a shout out to Samantha who made the paperwork and the purchasing process a breeze. She made me feel like I was an old friend that was just stopping by to say hi. Would definitely buy from her or anyone in the store again. Thank you so much for all your help.

I can’t recommend this store enough! The selection is phenomenal and the prices and incredible! But as if that wasn’t enough the staff are so knowledgeable and can help in so many ways. Matt, John and Parker are so kind and patient. They really went above and beyond in helping with our selection. In addition to that, helped connect us with certificated trainers who can help in our continued education in being gun owners. We will definitely be back!

I went into superior pawn and gun deathly afraid of shooting. Justin took excellent care of me and I left with a newfound confidence. I was looking to purchase a new gun and returned to superior and was told to ask for Matt. Matt did not disappoint. He suggested a couple of guns and let me try them out. I feel at home when I'm at Superior and it's because of the wonderful service. I highly recommend this location to anyone, especially if you are a newbie.

I've purchased a firearm here and also got range membership (only $85 if you buy from them). They have a good selection of new and used guns as well as the accessories you'd expect. Friendly and helpful staff - shout out to Derrick G who helped me today.

From the first day I walked into this business, I felt welcomed. That meant everything to me. I was immediately greeted by the workers & any questions I had regarding firearms or firearm safety they were happy to answer. After 5 weeks of practice, I decided to make my first purchase. They gave me great advice & recommendations. I'm extremely happy with the Canik TP9SFX I nabbed. In my opinion, Canik firearms are the top competitor to Glock. They're SUPER reliable & WAY more affordable. In addition to my purchase, they offered me a nice discount on a range membership. All of my firearm purchases in VA will be with Lynnhaven Superior Pawn & Gun. They're prices can't be beat (even w/ the current mark up in prices due to Covid-19) or their outstanding customer service.

I asked this guy about ordering a new gun at Lynnhaven superior. I stood there for 30 minutes thinking he was looking for the gun I requested. The guy never said anything as I stood there. He just straight ignored me! Straight disrespectful, wow! I have been a customer for superior for years and spent around 4k on guns. I would recommend a smaller store (AWH arms and ammo) or something similar

Derrick is the man! Went in with tons of questions about handguns and Derrick went way out of his way to educate and demonstrate. It is super hard to find great customer service now a days so it was totally unexpected. Derrick never made me feel pressured to buy anything.

Came in looking to purchase a firearm. Some older gentleman behind the counter berated me and my guest for wearing a mask. No “Hi” or “How can I help you?” Just immediately questioned on why we are still wearing a mask and his personal political opinions on them. At this point, people can choose to wear or not wear one. I still choose to wear one. I promptly walked out and ended up making my firearm purchase elsewhere. I’m sure this man doesn’t represent the whole establishment, but he sure didn’t make me feel welcomed.

Shout out to Derrick G for being a great salesman. He was very knowledgeable. Derrick was able to walk us through the Sig FCU and it's benefits. On top of that he made it very comfortable for my girlfriend without overwhelming her, but also presented other options that she liked! This is a good range/store to go shooting at. RSO is present at all times insuring safety for new and reoccurring shooters! The only gripe I have is policy of no loaded rifle mags. A revision to no unsecured loaded rifle mags would be 👍. I am sure there is a reason to tho.

Finally decided to get my CCW, and after reading the reviews, I decided to stop by to get a new gun for that purpose. I was greeted and was constantly asked by almost all the staff members if I needed help (in a good way). They have a decent amount of staff, and they do get a lot of foot traffic. They have a great selection of used and new guns. I researched what I wanted beforehand, and after actually handling the gun I wanted in person, I ended up with a new, Springfield Hellcat Pro due to how it felt and the specs/upgrades available. Price was fair. With my purchase came free range use for a week and a discounted rate if I decide to get a yearly range membership. They don't pressure you to buy at all. They do their best to inform you on what you're getting and what meets your needs. Military friendly. Definitely a returning customer.

Recently my wife and I purchased handguns and rifles from Superior pawn and gun our service rep Matt was wonderful he was very attentive answered all of our questions and made the process so smooth. Due to my wife's medical conditions she needs to do things a little differently than most people she was having a difficult time because her 9 mm has a bit too much of a recoil Matt found a gun that had less of a recoil and would be much easier and smoother for my wife to use , he even got someone to show her how to hold the gun correctly. If you're looking for a place to purchase guns and learn to shoot this is the place to go if you have a disability and think you can't own a gun or learn how to shoot a gun that's not the case Matt and the staff at Superior pawn and gun will show you tips and tricks to overcome most disabilities so go down to their store check out what they have and buy a gun.

This store's customer service is absolutely amazing. My customer service gentleman whose name is Matt was just awesome he helped me with everything from purchasing my Ruger SR22 to Ammo and Gun cases. He took his time I never felt like I was being rushed and as I was waiting for my husband I watched and he was giving the same attention to every customer he interacted with Matt is a big-time keeper don't ever get rid of him.

After purchasing 2 guns, salesman asked my husband if he was carrying and if loaded. (We were waiting for a friends background check for his purchase.) He replied yes and that it was holstered, as per sign on door. Salesmen then told him he had to leave and could not have a loaded gun in the store. If that is their policy, they need to change the sign on the front door! We always check the door for a store's policy and have never had an issue carrying into a gun store. It's funny how this happened AFTER the sale was complete. We will not be back!

Customer service is either really bad or really good, there's no in between. When buying a firearm or accessory, the attendant is either very condescending and impatient or genuinely interested in helping you make the right decision for you and what you need. I walk in with a friend to rent a gun and the guy at the counter automatically looks very annoyed and says "you need an ID to rent a gun," to which I said I was aware as I pulled out my ID. I accidentally pull out the wrong card and he loses his mind and turns around d to pout. Another instance, I bought my first handgun and this young guy was really helpful in helping me figure out a good conceal carry firearm based on a number of factors. Overall, I'd only really go here for the range or if I need ammo. If anything, a firearm in particular that's unavailable elsewhere.

My husband and I have been enjoying date night here on Friday nights. All the staff is very friendly and helpful with no pressure to purchase anything and are always willing to answer any question as well as give great advice on handguns. Amazing service and incredible knowledge. I came in to pick up a P320 M18 and was helped by multiple individuals. I’m terrible with names so cannot remember the guy who helped me. Had a great conversation about every weapon on my bucket list. I will for sure be utilizing their couples night very soon. Couldn’t recommend more.

I worked with Derek today and he was able to bring my attention to a rifle I was unaware of that was far superior to the rifle that was priced the exact same. The feature set that Derek pointed out has me executing on the purchase of a LWRC rifle versus a Sig Sauer rifle. The inventory here is unrivaled. Firearms that are alleged sold out every where this place has them all.

Thank you to Derek & livingston for being so knowledgeable and helping me buy my Taurus GX4 9mm. It was very busy this morning but he was patient and took his time with all of my questions.

This was my first experience with a shooting range and I can only hope the places here at home in New Jersey are as great as this place. We went back in September. The staff were all pleasant, helpful, and informative. They helped us pick our guns and had no problem showing us what to do and how to do it. My gun jammed a few times and someone was always right there to help out. Definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area. We had a really great time.

Superior has good & knowledgeable staffers who can answer all my questions. Ammo is always in stock and occasional sales offer folks to save some money on ammo. Recently I got some DRZ 9mm 115 grain 50 count on sale at $20 bucks for 50 ct.
