We bought my wedding ring set at a great price and they had them resized for me. They were so fast, helpful and friendly. They helped us figure out my fiancé’s ring size, too. Definitely recommend.

I purchased ‘SILVER’ pendants and bracelet from Virginia Beach Pawn and Jewelry. I went get the jewelry verified, and it was not REAL SILVER. I went back to returned the same day, the guy was very rude and standoffish. I was forced to exchange the items because they would not give me a refund, on top of that he raise the price $15-$20 more to all the items i choose to exchange. and after all that the person was kicking me out of the store without offering a bag or anything. The price we paid for this jewelry was $290, and the value they gave me after it was verified was $16 from different jewelry store. This place by far is the worst pawn shop in town, please make sure to go get your jewelry verified, don’t take their words for it. They’re scammer and disrespectful.
Ivy, We are truly sorry that after doing business with you for the past 5 years this is the straw that broke the camels back. We have no control over what another store will “offer” you for a piece of jewelry. In addition, we did give you a refund for certain pieces that you had purchased and heavily discounted the items you chose to purchase with the refunded money we gave you. We are sorry if we came off as disrespectful or as a scammer. Those are never our intentions. We pride ourselves on making the pawn business have a good name again. Thank you for making us a better business Ivy. We will work harder for our customers and we are sorry we have lost you as one.

Stefan and Elliot made purchasing an engagement ring so much easier than other jewelry stores. They were above all honest and offered better pricing than any other store in town. I was hesitant to consider shopping at a pawn shop for jewelry, but I'm so glad I chose to stop in and check them out. Hands down best customer service in town.

I came in looking to sell my ring set. This was my first stop at pricing and options, I was clueless as to how much or how anything would work. The owner was WONDERFUL. He explained everything from gold pricing to diamond pricing. Helped me understand the market of rings right now. I've decided not to sell just yet. But this place has amazing service and knowledge, and the care I experienced is worth the 5 stars!

My boyfriend and I went to this store because of the awesome reviews. Walked in the store looking for an engagement ring. The gentleman that waited on us showed us a gorgeous set that just came in. I tried it on, and it was a perfect fit. What are the chances? He gave us a hell of a deal. We couldn't say no. Will continue checking out their inventory.
