This refinance we did with Long Beach Home Loan Co was the first time I ever tried to understand the myriad of mortgage related documents and how the various numbers were calculated (as opposed to blindly signing all in a hurry). It was an illuminating experience (mind-numbing at times too), but I am grateful that Jack was able to explain things so clearly, even using a Zoom session so we could look at the same documents while he annotated line items while we spoke. And if there was ever something he wasn't sure about, he always got back to me quickly. Great and helpful attitude always. I was also pleasantly surprised at how quickly things were finalized and closed. And a certain package we received in the mail was an added perfect personal touch.
