Orange County’s Credit Union - Long Beach Ximeno Ave, Long Beach

My first auto loan with them was an amazing experience so I decided to refinance my second car with them. Never again. So many phone calls and going in person and contacting my insurance for the declaration of coverage page that OCCU approved and then denied multiple times all while threatening to make me pay for a massive insurance policy they would add if I didn’t show proof of insurance after I did multiple times. Now they are charging me debt protection fees that I never signed up for or agreed to and don’t see it anywhere in my copy of the papers I signed so now I need to see if I can cancel that. Yeah… never again.

Our checking account has gotten hacked twice in one year that we have banked with Orange County. To the sum of thousands of dollars. We even caught the transaction pending and did everything on our end to stop it and they still let it go through. Drained all of our funds. I do not trust my money with this company at all! They have not invested anything in security measures.

This place is a freaken joke. Be ware, they are not out for your welfare and no real security if someone hacks into your account. So done with o.c.c.u

Love this place, everyone here is so welcoming and helpful. Got an amazing deal on my auto loan. Never going back to a big bank again.

Staff need to be replaced. If you aren’t “white” they treat you with differently and disrespect talking to you like u can’t understand or never owned a account & the bad service soon as u walk in the door. I will be contacting the head of the bank that signs there checks because they need a readjustment ASAP

Based on the review I didn't come to this place, so reviews do matter. Please train your staff it effects the business.

I was referred by a friend to open an account and refinance my car. I didnt believe there was anything that could be done for my high interest rate at Toyota but I finally decided to try it and the experience with Orange County Credit Union was beyond what I couldve ever hoped for! They went out of there way time after time, they really seek for your best interest. This is probably how banks used to be when they cared about their customers. A big thanks to Martiza, Isaac, and especially Azul! Great team

This place has had its atm maching not working for a long time now, and they still have not fixed it so i can make deposits. Is it really hard to invest in your atm machine?

I waited over 40 minutes for my toast and the bill was over $35 f ing dollars for 2 basic breakfasts. The coffee sucks too.
