Jack Skovgard and his team had very professional approach during the loan process. I worked with the team in my first refinance 2019, although I couldn't get a reasonable cash out and a mortgage rate from my then lender. Within approximately less than a month, Jack originated my loan with a new lender the exact way I wanted as he promised me initially. Last year June, again I worked my 2nd refinance with Jack and team, which also he delivered me the way I wanted with a $50,000 cash out even though my current lender turned me down.
