I am very impressed with LBS. I’ve lived in Long Beach 45 years and never did my banking or has stepped foot in this credit union. I was tired of not being valued at regular banks. I read about LBS and their great benefits. Decided to give them a try and so glad I did. I recommend and check LBS out. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and sat with a banker immediately. The service was exceptional and so glad I decided to open accounts at LBS. I see myself banking here forever and I’ve told my family of this wonderful credit union.

LBS Financial Credit Union on 10th street in Long Beach is almost like your family taking care of your financial needs. The receptionist welcomes you with a smile, and when she's out, the security guard steps up and offers you the same reception and guidance to the appropriate person to help. The personal bankers are professional, thorough, and friendly.

Would be better if the staff (namely middle aged female black) focused on helping people with their banking needs, rather than carrying on about hers and her mother's medical conditions. Do that on your own time. We came to the bank to conduct business, not stand in line listening to you personal problems, wasting time.

Very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the beach decor and the security guard held the door for me. At the end of the day a bank is a bank but Its the little things that go a long way and I’m glad to be with a Local credit union 👍🏼
