I highly recommend this place and the best service.

My husband was in the market for a new truck and since I had purchased my car from Lone Star Auto sales we thought we would use them again. We found a blue truck that my husband liked so I went inside and asked the sales man what the price on it was I was told 38,000 at the same time my husband had located a sales man outside and asked the price and was told 36,000 keep in mind this is the only blue truck on the lot. When I mentioned the Discrepancy to the sales man outside he stated he quoted my husband the wrong price he was talking about a different blue truck smh. I became uneasy and told my husband let’s go as they had no problem scamming us out of a extra 2000 The first sales man walked inside said something to the other sales man they looked back at us and bust out laughing. Jokes on them we had already secured payment from navy federal and gladly took our money else where. Con artist

I do not recommend it. very bad experience. They do not clearly explain the price of the vehicle and the interest. I realized before signing. Do not give the down payment before reading the contract, it cost me 300 dollars. Me arrepenti al ver lo que me hiba costar el vehículo antes de firmar. Cometi el error de dar el down payment. Me regresaron el dinero pero incompleto. Mucho cuidado

IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO STAR I WOULD Wouldn’t go to this place!!! I went & nobody was in the lobby. They seen me pull up in my car and walk in and everybody stayed in the break room. Eating & gossiping. Clearly do not care about customers. A waste of my time standing there for like 15 minutes.

Because they are not honest they just want to sell vehicles they don't tell you it there is a detailed or something is falling apart they said we fix it and when you take it back they said that it wasn't like that i will never buy or recomend nobody that place specialy whit Jairo Villalobos...

These people are liers. Was told I can get into a vehicle with a 20% downpayment and a soft credit check. I was ok with that. I left back to work and was promised a call back. Never did I get a call back. I call them and asks why they didn't return my call. Was told because I couldn't afford the car by his boss. SUPER RUDE AND BAD SERVICE.. DONT waste your time here!!!!! The cars they have there are still there months later for a reason. Go to "Drive Away" for a better solution.

I recently bought a Transit from them. Five miles from dealer check engine light came on for emissions. They told me To drive a few days and it would turn off. Now I’m in Iowa and the police wrote me a ticket and impounded my van saying the vehicular was never registered bore inspected like they said it was. My paper tags are fake.

Called to enquire about an escalade and found out that they were trying to rip people off by charging $5,000 more above the competition . The Mexican who answered the phone responded by hanging up because he knows their little scam wouldn't work on me. Sure they'll be nice to you when you pay their ridiculously inflated prices and finance through them probably at 30% interest. If not, then they respect you by hanging up the phone. This type of business is for all the trash people that have terrible credit that are desperate to get into a car, only to get it repo'd because they couldn't afford it in the first place, then back goes the car in their lot. Why do you think they give you the Lon with no credit check and just a proof of income??? because they KNOW that you can't afford it, so they give you these ridiculous high payments for the first couple of months for a car that's not even worth the payment since they know you will default. The same scam over and over!!!! Do not buy from them unless you like getting ripped off!!!!

Rip offs that fat lady maria in the office is the least unprofessional person for a bussines. Can't keep an correct miss places the payments then wants to blame the new girl but they'll still repo your car even tho there the ones not applying the payments to the correct account.
