This place is great I had applied for them years ago and I didn't get approved. I got a promotion flyer in the mail and the rest was history. I was in and out with no problems. I can pay my bill online. Their hrs of operation are great so even if you need to stop in before wk they are open and ready to help. They have a customer for life. Thank you for all that yal do. Elizabeth Cortez helped me she is so friendly, professional, and she got me a little bit more on my second loan.

Made a payment on the 11th then paid the remaining balance on the 15th for some reason neither transaction went thru now there trying to tell me I didn’t have money in my bank account when I have been watching my accounts waiting for the money to come out and they are trying to charge me a penalty because it didn’t go through I have offered to pay what I owed but I’m not paying any penalty for something that wasn’t my fault DONT understand what the staff at this facility doesn’t understand won’t be using them again
