I bought a 2012 Audi Q5 from them no lie I test drove the car they told me not to kill it because they were getting a new battery that was headed there. The customer service was great. I bought the car for $10,000 cash and no warranty. I drove the car home my mom followed not even an 35 mins later I’m in Baytown at the gas station getting gas killed the car it wouldn’t crank I had to press the gas to make it crank. Make it to Lake Charles the check engine line came on then the oil light came on ! Every 3 days I have to add oil to the car. Bad engine😭 I knew I was sold a lemon then. I had to stop at a gas station and put a quart of oil in the car to make it home. Now I’m being told the car has a bad engine & etc. Don’t buy no car if you don’t have a warranty that’s all I’m saying. & the car is beautiful the inside and out. But it’s a lemon ! & you would think they would run all test on these cars before they sell them but literally they clear codes put Lucas in them so they can get you so far then you stuck with the repairs when they break.

They are amazing at working with you as much as they can. If you really want the process to move or just have your experience be fun and great go with Obay. Juan is also a good and will take care of you not fast like obay but he will get you in the best car for you as cheap as he can!!!!!!!

I originally left a positive review because I had been fooled by their shady practices. Don't trust these people. Make sure they don't give you a dealer tag when you buy a car there. Also, remember you don't have to sign anything other than the car loan paperwork, and you don't have to give them confirmation numbers when you make a payment on your auto loan.

ASK FOR ODAY! I searched all over Houston for a car! I went to big dealerships, small dealerships, offer up, Facebook market and NOBODY could approve me and if they did it was a horrible deal. ODAY got me approved for the car that i actually wanted. Cheapest down payment and car note that I’ve had quoted since i started looking for a car in January. If you have been having a hard time, please come see ODAY. He is straight to the point, honest, and really advocates for you.

Recently went to ANF auto Finance and purchased a 2017 Toyota Camry. The paperwork part was fairly long (I’m sure with every dealership) but the customer service part on behalf of PETE was quite excellent. From a week prior when I spoke to PETE, I explained my situation, he took all my information and within 2 days he was calling me back telling me they found a bank to finance me and what I needed to bring in. I came in, and immediately began the process. The down payment was reasonable and my monthly car note is pretty decent. I would recommend this place if you’re having trouble getting financed for a car & when you do, ask for PETE.

This place takes advantages of women and will sale you a car that they know will not last past a few weeks. I bought this car in December. The engine has already gone out on it. Prior to the engine going out, the vehicle kept shutting down a few weeks after I got it. This is awful and extremely dishonest. You can not do this to people and prosper. You reap what you sow. Please avoid this place at all costs.

This is my place to shop for a used car. I bought a Jaguar XJ from here and found a few issues afterwards, but Wayne asked me to just bring it back, and his crew took care of me with no problem. I got the car back good as used the same day I came back. Not bad considering the make and model, and most places wouldn't even care once you leave the lot!

These people are money hungry and don’t care about the customer they just disguise their cars so they can get your money. All the nice reviews here are being done by friends & family. My personal advice to any potential customers is run! Run! Run! They simply drag you in because they can help you out with your poor credit and sell you a crapy car they bought off the auction block. They tell you to lie to the financial company.

I would not recommend buying a used car from this lot ! We sat at the car lot for so long just for the salesman to come around and ask “ would you like for them to clean the car?” All that time and you didn’t even try to clean the car ? You KNEW I was purchasing and didn’t think to clean the car ? 🙄 I don’t believe they really check the USED cars because I’ve only had it since March 2 ( it’s March 17) and the engine light is already on and I have to purchase a part + the labor and get a new tire 🙄! The salesman also said the insurance would be one price but when I checked my app it’s a WHOLE DIFFERENT price ! No wonder why he Rushed the purchase. I’m just mad because this is my FIRST car purchase and I wasn’t expecting to get A LEMON especially after seeing the car lot 🤣 I was actually thinking this place was somewhere that I could Trust . Don’t get me wrong , I’m not saying it’s anything wrong with the NEW cars, I’m just saying DONT buy a used car from their lot ! 🙃

I honestly only bought the truck because of Oday’s attention to customer service. I drove from Fort Worth to Houston to go buy my vehicle. Had my eye on other trucks with less miles, less money, and better cosmetics overall. But none of the other salesman gave the attention and respect that Oday showed my friend and myself. He even recommended us restaurants while we stayed in Houston. When we went to go pick up the truck he filled my gas tank for my trip back to Fort Worth. Even till right now he has made sure I get taken care of. Highly recommend Oday and the ANF team.

This was hands down the worst car dealership. I bought a jaguar within 2 weeks the engine was gone they did nothing to help after been lied to for weeks my temporary tags had expired still haven't received My tags, they will not issue another temporary tag unless I pay for them, please don't hesitate to keep away from this dealership...smh

First off i would like to say i had the pleasure of working with Odey. From the moment myself and my husband and kids walked in I had my mind set on an SUV. I went to go see a Volvo SUV. I drove it and loved it but was not totally convinced. I test drove 3 different vehicles and i finally found the one. I really appreciate the time and the patience that Odey had with us. He treated us like family and I felt like i was not getting taken advantage of and we will be going back for future purchases.

Hands down one of the worst dealership I've EVER done business with! Almost three months later and still getting the run around about plates and registration.

Would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy. I know that when purchasing a used vehicle it will come with some wear & tear. What I didn’t expect is to have to spend over $5K in repairs and I don’t even have my license plates yet. Not only do they NOT thoroughly check their vehicles. They just drive them and if it’s good. It’s good. Well the car I purchased was 2014 with 71k and has the following issues that weren’t known to me at the time of purchase. I was sold on “it’s a good car. One owner”: 1. Broken heater control valve. No heater at all in the vehicle something they could’ve have easily checked if they had actual certified mechanics ($400 part) 2. Broken Front Control Arms ($800 each) 3. Broken rear suspension causing the vehicle to be a hazard above 35mph. ($2500 for the set) 4. I asked for an oil change. Didn’t get it. So within 2 wks of having the vehicle I already needed an oil change ($150) This doesn’t include the labor cost and the time I will not have a vehicle to drive. I am an UberEats driver so this will widely effect my finances. I also put down $4500 and because finance wouldn’t allow me to sign the forms I lost the deal and had to sign a new one causing me to come up with another $500 for a vehicle that is now going to be in the shop for the new week. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE OR GET THEM TO LOWER THE PRICE. YOU WILL BE PAYING FOR IT LATER. They are here to sale a car and don’t care what issues you’ll have once you drive off the lot.

Great experience buying my new car. Louis was my salesman he was real cool and new and took his time explaining everything I needed to know. Mr. Wayne was my finance manager. I changed cars at the last minute and he was like don’t worry about it I got you. My A.C. was not blowing cold air so Josie told me to bring it in and had it fixed the same day. Than you ANF. I would recommend y’all to anyone.

Great car dealership! Earl is the car salesman you need! He will get you into the vehicle you want! 1 month later. My car broke down left me stranded on the side of the road for three hours. I called to talk to them about how they could make this right and they have yet to get back to me.

DO NOT PURCHASE HERE! I bought a car from this place in July. Pete was my salesman. The day i picked up my vehicle the AC was not working. Mind you, they told me they would have the car ready in a few days after i purchased it. It took 3 WEEKS! I sent the vehicle back so that they can fix it. Turns out they messed it up even more. They overcharged the vehicle with the wrong refrigerant which contaminated the whole cooling system & the engine light came on 2 days after driving the vehicle. I purchased a warranty with them as well so i just took my vehicle to a different mechanic shop to see if they could fix it. The warranty they sold me did not cover the costs. I spend over $4000 out of pocket fixing the AC. NOW, the car is leaking coolant Which is causing my vehicle to overheat, I called ANF auto finance to see if they could give me a mechanic shop that would accept the warranty, spoke to WAYNE. He stated he simply could not help me because the paperwork was upstairs and no one was there to go upstairs and get it. He is always so rude when i call. Always says he is going to return the call. Never calls back. I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from here again. I 100% do not recommend this place. Spend your money somewhere else. These people are not honest.

PLEASE BE SUPER CAREFUL BUYING ANY USED CAR IN THIS DEALER. My brother purchased a nice 2015 volvo for $8000 and everything looked fine until few days later the check engine light came on. He took the car to a volvo specialist and dealer and since then he spent over $4000 in repairs and the check light still on. How they were able the car pass a smog inspection is questionable, unfortunately they didn't give me any warranty, not even for one week. If you go there make sure you ask for minimum three months warranty, the car may be a lemon. I'm really upset

Worst decision trusting this staff. Earl was very deceiving and manipulative. They had no intentions of selling me a car in working condition. I know that selling a car as one thing and having it be an actual lemon is against the law. I am hoping to save someone heartache and headache. I was without the car for months bc it needed repairs only weeks after I got it. Then the warranty company doesnt want to pay for anything, so I had to spend over 4 grand in repairs. Worst experience of my life.

I GOT AN INFINITY EX35 AND I ALSO PAID FOR THE GAP INSURANCE. LONG STORY SHORT, MY CAR WAS IN A WRECK LAST YEAR 2021 WHICH RESULTED IN A TOTAL LOSS. WHEN I CONTACTED THE GAP INSURANCE I WAS TOLD THAT THE DELEARSHIP DID NOT FOLLOW THRU ON THEIR END. TO SUM IT UP, THEY POCKETED/STOLED MY MONEY FOR THE GAP INSURANCE, MAKING ME THINK IT HAD BEEN PURCHASED. BUT LUCKILY I WAS ABLE TO FIND AN AMAZING ATTORNEY THAT FOUGHT MY CASE AND THE DEALERSHIP HAD TO PAY. I GOT 13,000 WHICH WAS DOUBLE OF WHAT I STILL OWED ON THE CAR. Miguel our sales guy was Incredible he truly went above and beyond to get a car that fit my price range. Excellent knowledge of vehicles and very customer friendly. The sales manager was able to work with me on my trade in & also on monthly payments I'm able to afford. Would highly recommend this place if your looking to buy a used car.

My husband and I purchased a car from this car lot on August 18,2020. Within the first 7 days after purchasing the vehicle. We noticed that the brakes were squeaking, so I called and spoke with Earl which was my salesman. He advised me to bring the car in, so I did that following Saturday, however I was told by Alex the owner that there was no mechanic there that could look at the brakes. We were advised to call and schedule a appointment. My husband and I called several times and never received a call back. So I decided to go up to the car lot and I was told it was not a good day, by the time they were able to get me in, it had been over 30 days. So, they had the mechanic check out the car and we were told it was not the brakes and that both lower control arms needed to be replaced. I asked if they were going to cover the repairs and I was told no, I would have to pay for the parts. There is no way that I could have messed up the lower control arms after 30 days of having the car, because I barely drove the car. They knew that the lower control arms needed to be replaced prior to selling the car, what a ripoff! If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company! This company has terrible customer service and no integrity at all!

My transaction with ANF was smooth. I knew what I wanted when I went to the dealership. I got an E class Mercedes. Juan was very helpful and patient with me. And the staff was cool. I do recommend ANF. Thanks Juan for salesmanship.

I was really excited to see a couple of their vehicles. However, the Audi Q3 I set up an appointment to test drive today was in the shop getting the A/C fixed. I wish someone would’ve called to tell me so, then I would have come another day. Instead I wasted an hour and half driving there. I am very disappointed…

I searched the web for a specific car and found several that met the criteria... Checked all the cars out at the various dealers... Upon going to ANF , Juan called me to set up an appointment to see the car... Went in to see and test drive the car, in which I was impressed with the condition it was in for a used vehicle, very well maintained... Juan and I worked out a deal that we BOTH agreed upon and quickly finalized the sale... As of now, their are no issues with the car... If you're looking for a good, no pressure salesperson, go see Juan at ANF!!! THANKS!!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! Please do your research beforehand. Read their google and Facebook reviews! when the deal fell through they kept my down payment. We had to hire a lawyer just to try & get the down payment back . Why does some one have to go to court just to receive there down payment back when you should get it back & 30 days the owner does not know anything about doing business besides taken peoples hard earn money for junk cars . They have been scamming people of their money since 2012 .

Please be careful with this place my brother in law purchase a car only was good for 3 weeks stop in 45 freeway we call the dealership because they told us we had a month guaranteed. Two weeks later today the car is not fix and they refuse to help us or provide any other car. Please be cautious of buying from this people we will loose the 2,500 down payment it’s completely fine we no longer do anymore business with unprofessional people like this! They told us mail the receipt for the down payment too never did!

I purchased a car from Oday. He was very helpful. The finance department worked with a lot of banks and got me a great interest rate. I waited longer than I expected but it was worth the wait. I am very satisfied with my car, the monthly payments and the interest rate.
