Took me weeks just to get an auto loan approved due to how unhelpful and negelgent their staff is. Dealt with almost five staff members in two weeks and each one of them deserves the rating above. No stars deserved at all for that matter! Go somewhere where people will make you feel confident when it comes to important business. 👍

I drove up to open an account during my lunch hour. I walked in and was greeted by a very friendly young lady. Unfortunately they didn't have anybody available to open an account for me. Just to say, if they don't have somebody available for me bank, I don't need the bank here. I'll find another place Bank.

Probably one the WORST Logix branches out there. Steer clear. I had a deposit here and usually at the other logix branches I do business with is fast and smooth. Suddenly this "district" manager Guadalupe claims that they can't accept my cash deposit because it "violates company policy" I call the Financial Center and they said my deposit was well within my right. What kind of bank denys a deposit? So the Manager LIED about the policy and implied that I STOLE the money I'm depositing. Seriously? Unprofessional and clueless staff. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Hannah was outstanding. She helped process our loan paperwork an hour before closing even though she could of had us come back the next day. She went out of her way to explain each step and it could not have been easier. She was also very friendly. I would happily bank here all the time.

I wanted to convey to all seeking a great banking experience that my experiences with LOGIX Federal Credit Union are without equal. I've banked at many institutions that we're all familiar with in California. I've had an account at LOGIX for almost 30 years. Sometime, in 2007 I slowly migrated all of my banking needs to LOGIX and currently I wouldn't even consider using another bank. The team at LOGIX act as my advocates. I trust the institution to operate in my best interest. I'm not saying that everyone is amazing and that it's some kind of financial paradise, but I don't don't have to pick through the details all the time or chew on some incident or transaction that I've felt was unfair or disagreeable. Most recently I financed my new vehicle purchase with LOGIX and it was so easy, and at least in my member plan, was such a good deal. The rates and services offered were much better than the dealers financial offers. Another aspect of this experience was a person in the Consumer Loan department, Angela Bruno, who shepherded me through the loan. At every step of the way I was left with the sincere feeling that she was making her best effort to help me understand the loan, the services and when it was all finalized my feelings were that I received the best possible deal. Don't you want to feel good about your banking and financial decisions? Angela Bruno set a standard that left me feeling like my standards and expectations have changed. I hope that if you need to finance a vehicle or are engaged in services offered by the Consumer Loan department you get to work with Angela and you'll see what I'm talking about. I got my boat loan through Logix had absolutely a smooth easy application transition to the cutting of the check the whole 9 yards it’s not every day you can find a bank that will loan you 30 K on an unsecured boat loan they’re awesome

NIGHTMARE. Irresponsible and clueless reps. Make sure you keep an eye on your account even if you're not using it, since the overdraft fees are $30 and Logix will absolutely NOT send you any notification that you're overdrawn. They'll then go on to file a report on you that can then cause any other bank or credit union you're with to close that other account. Not only unhelpful, but petty and vindictive. Stay away!
