Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Borchard Rd, Newbury Park

Kelly was nice and very helpful. Waiting in line should consider a numbering system (even Costco has this), so that people can sit down and wait for their turn. Couldn't bare to see 2 old ladies having difficulty to stand having to queue more than 15 min, when there were office clerks sitting in nice cubicles drinking coffee.

My card and pen where skimmed from this location on June 23rd on the outside ATM. Since it was a California EBT card and I am not a B of A customer, Bank of America had no compassion. They also wouldn't give me the phone number for the fraud department for non-customers.

Not surprised by the bad rating of this branch. Just tried to deposit a life insurance check from Canada since my grandfather died & they say they can’t deposit it because of the amount being too high. What is up with that? They want me to try to get two separate checks from the Canadian company or send it to collections... all of which will take weeks which we’ve already waited months for this check in the first place. What kind of bank doesn’t want to take in money? So frustrating. Will try another branch & hopefully a manger will be more helpful. This is ridiculous.

I went there last week to wire money overseas and PAY the fee for it, they told me they could not do it because they would be closing in 15 minutes. I went there again today at 5:07 and they close at 6:00 PM, the unprofessional "manager" walks up and says "the wait time is 25 minutes and it would be better to visit our website, not the app to do the translation". Her tone was beyond disgusting!!!! Really? after I had waited 10 minutes, you have the guts to come and refuse service to a customer who is keeping $ in your hands? No. I don't need your service nor your bank, but I will be writing an email to your boss.

Very disappointed with the customer service coming from a supervisor Annete Ryan, I went in to make a deposit for my son who is off in college and needed lunch money. They no longer due cash and I asked to speak with a supervisor, Annette Ryan told me I could make out a pesonal check and that was the only way I could do it. I drovethe opposite side of town while taking a longer tome off my job. When I returned with the check they told me they could deposit the check but would not be available until the next working day. I pointed out the supervisor the teller went up to her and supervisor Annette Ryan didn't even have the courtesy to come tell me herself and looked away. You just dont lie to people like that, waisted my time, my money.

Literally always a line out the door. One maybe two tellers, but no more, working at all times during the day. Extremely slow. If you are in a hurry don’t go here.

When going into the bank sometimes there is a long wait (10min or longer when busy inside) other then that I have had great experiences with this branch. Everyone is nice and professional. Has a drive through ATM which is nice and 2 ATMs outside.

I visit this bank, maybe once a week or every 7 or eight days. to but coins. I have my own bag to carry the coins which I have bought. Most times, tellers see come through the door and give me a quick smile. And if my bag is too heavy, Steve will carry it to my car. Today the only new coins they had were pennies. I bought 40 rolls. For me, it is always a joyful time; when I go to that bank. If there was a ranking of 1 to ten, I'd give this bank a 9. (only because nothing is perfect). This Branch should be renamed "GRINGOTTS" - The Tellers never smile. You are NOT greeted upon entering the bank. Everyone in this branch resembles the personality of Gringitts Goblins! Totally understaffed...too many goblins hovering in the back, unwilling to open a new teller window when a line accrues. There are only 2 goblins at the teller windows at any given time...even at the busiest of times. To improve? 1)

I came to the BofA financial center to handle a difficult issue with the bank. Vivian Sanchez, the relationship manager was incredibly helpful and provided solutions for me to handle the situation. For my first time at this branch, I felt very comfortable and I also felt that I was treated kindly. Definitely go to this branch.
