Mike is awesome! Though, honestly there was a lot of confusion throughout about what we needed to provide as well as a hang up in getting all the documents in order. It was all resolved in a quick manner l, but that made it seem like we were being made to jump through hoops. In the long run everything worked out, I would put my rating above just OK but below great.

Beware - they missed our 30-day closing by 10 days on a simple loan. Not only did they not seem to care, but they took multiple days to review basic documents, and communication was awful. Almost lost our other property and had to take out loans just to bridge the gap.
