I have NEVER seen such unprofessionalism in my LIFE. They pick and choose and if you've become DEATHLY sick with COVID they do not CARE. Melissa was EXTREMELY rude and flat out REFUSED to give me her boss's name or number. I WILL getting ahold of HER boss. Her JOB is to be professional in stressful situations and she DEFINITELY WAS NOT. And it seems that they BUY their ratings because ANYONE that has EVER come in contact with Michelle would say what ALL of us are saying. Michelle NEEDS to be FITED I will be reporting this company as well.

They call you twice a day and harass you. They are not professional and hang up on. The manager Melissa said make your payment and hung up on me, this is after i called them early and told them my payment woyld be made on Monday, rather than than previous thursday. Totally rude and no one should ever do business with this place. I was 4 days late and got 8 calls from them.8!! In four days. Unacceptable harassment. Im reporting this company.

I literally walked into LoanMax and was greeted very warmly..and three women able and ready to help! Extremely clean and very cheery. Cindy made everything very painless and quick and easy. Thank you for making a huge decision an easy one..I would DEFINITELY recommend them!

the customer service alright. I would not recommend using this service. I took out a $1500 loan and need to pay back $3000 cause I didn't have the $ to pay it back in one chunk so I need to make payments.I'm warning you! don't use this company. The payments are between $400-$267. it's not worth it!

Cyndy was amazing she got me exactly what I was looking for and was very pleasant and had me in and out within 20 mins... The place was very clean and professional! I highly recommend this place and would do business with them in the future!

Cindy is great! I would recommend her to help anyone in need of money and want to do a title loan. She is very friendly and personable! She is understanding and great at what she does! She explains everything in detail. Does not leave anything out and always double checks the amount you are borrowing is do able for you to make payments back. Even if you have to be late on a payment as long as you stay in communication with her, she will postpone it and help you out. I DO NOT recommend Danielle. She is rude and has an awful attitude. Multiple interactions with her and it never changes. Simply if Cindy is not available to help you, I’d personally walk out and wait until she is there. Unless you do not mind dealing with ignorance. I would’ve gave this 5 stars for Cindy.

Very friendly staff!!! It's a title loan, so expect high interest rates, but it will be lower if you pay it off faster!!! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a vehicle and title that meets state requirements and just needs a few bucks to get through until payday!!!!! Thank you so very much to the ladies there that helped my husband and I! They answered all questions I had, were very polite friendly and professional. I would give this location more than 5 starts if it were allowed!!! Amazing service ladies!!!!

I have no words for the great experience I have had with Loanmax. I should say experiences because this is my 4th loan. The service is excellent. And the staff are very nice. Everything I have needed to know was always explained so well. I actually look forward to driving to N.H. (I'm from Mass.) when I need to do a loan. We've had to use Loan Max many times when life throws us something extra & I'm sure all locations are great. But it is totally worth the drive to go to the Nashua NH office. They always make us feel better about life's ordeals! Also the ladies there are superb & I've come to think of Cindy as a friend. The payments are easy to make & they are happy to work with you while things are hard. The Nashua Loan Max rocks!

I had a great experience with Loan max employees, They made the whole experience very Pleasant and kept it simple and accommodated me from the beginning to end, answered all my questions and explained the whole process. I was given a check within in hour, I was in need of catching up with a few bills and things especially after the holidays things got a little tough I will do business again and recommend others to visit them to family and friends..
