I'm very dissatisfied with this tax location , due to Mrs. Kathy she has had all of my info over a month , and it still wasn't done. She told me when I came in to retrieve my documents for my files , that she had been out sick for 3 days, that still didn't add up to the two week plus process. Today I was helped by Breian Riley to do my taxes she was very professional and a very nice young lady she answered all my questions I had about my taxes and is very polite.. To be honest since I walked in they were all nice greeted me well and atended me right when I walked in I really recommend you to do your taxes here at Liberty tax &Loans.

The ladies here are awesome. Ms. Breian filled my taxes and she was so sweet and very thorough, they take their time to get you back every penny you deserve. Ms. Kathy is very knowledgeable she will get you ur max refund. Not to mention the customer service is impeccable. This was my first time filing here and I felt so welcomed everyone had a positive attitude. They also have lower rates than Jackson Hewitt. So it’s safe to say I’ll be using liberty taxes again.
