Woodforest National Bank Uvalde Rd, Houston

I've had to change my card several times this month because of a charge that i didn't make and disputing that charge. Now that i disputed the charges a new one has gone through after my card has changed. When i further investigated it was a fake account made with my old card number. Im starting to think this bank is unreliable and if i could rate it no stars i would just to bring the average down. Im angry and im done trying to fix it with the bank. Will probable change banks

This is my favorite Woodforest Bank location! Brandan Baird is the best manager, always going out of his way to take care of our banking needs, regardless of how much time it takes. All employees we have met and dealt with are friendly and happy to help. Thank you Woodforest at 80 Uvalde, your community is blessed to have you!

Management has inconsistent policies on making deposits that have caused me much inconvenience since I became a customer at WNB in 1993. I am considering changing banks soon. Drive-through tellers are also consistently slow at this location and not always courteous.

Teller was rude. Gave her my License to Carry ID card to cash a check. She wouldn't accept it. Explained to her that Texas law requires her to accept it. She refused to help Had to get the manager to intervene.

Horrible service, out of the 4 years i've had this bank they have never answered a single phone call yet when i go to the location there are always a few workers just standing around.

This bank is about to lose a customer of 21 years. My boss recently made the move to direct deposit, but Woodforest won't use the app provided because they don't want to pay the apps fees. Fair enough, I guess. But my boss deposited my check MONDAY, and it has yet to be reflected on my account!! It's FRIDAY!!! What the frack?!

I have been banking at Woodforest for years. Of all of the branches that I have visited, 80 Uvalde is my favorite. It’s like coming home. Woodforest treats its customers like family even In a time where automation is the new normal, The staff go the extra mile to meet every expectation and I want Woodforest Corporate to know that Brandan shows professionalism and sincere concern for every customer. Loyal Customer.

Moved over from my old bank, and had a good experience here. I like that the staff was friendly, and greeted me. Didn’t take long for me to create an account.

Extremely under staffed. Will over draw your account and inquire nsf fees even though they already have cleared check fo $50k+… NSF REALLY!!! Bad bank for business owners!!!!
