Priscilla was patient, efficient, and kind while working with me. It was a fast process and got me what I needed.

Don’t do it!!! These people don’t care about their clients at all. I lost my job when all this COVID situation started. Called them and let them know how I did with my other bills. They told me to just keep them updated and make whatever minimum payments I could. I did that. July I finally was able to start working. Called them up to inform them I was working again and was going to start making payments. My load when way up high, I haven’t seen my $260 they told me would get me back on track post and now I’m told $600 something is what will get me on track. They lie. If you in desperate need for money just go with Capital One, they freeze your account when you loose your job or something. Then it goes back where you left of when you are back to work. Regional Finance is trash.

Jessica is awesome!! She helped me out with everything I needed. What an asset to Regional Finance. She has upper management written all over her.

I went into the store today and the customer service was so awful that I hate I financed through this company. I initially came to change my payments to the 1st of the month. I was three days late. I asked would I be able to make the payment on the first because I get paid once a month from the VA. She said well why didn't you pay your bill a month earlier. I explained that I honestly forgot about the bill but that's why I'm here now to change my payment date. Jeniffer with an attitude said well you can bring you funiture and continued to be rude. I will not recommend this place to anyone. If I could rate this place with no stars I would.

This company is great at harassing even their clients who pay on time. I have received a call 3 times a day for a month on both my cell and work phone and got a letter in the mail because my payment last month was .62 cents short. What a joke and a waste of time. Will pay this off and never use them again.

They call me so much I had to get a blocker to block them. Then they will call you on their cell phones! Please don't accept anything from them! I highly regret it! I hate these people!
