Poor customer service I was making a payment for my parents and I’m not a member with them. I was trying to pay with a card and she got very annoyed she even asked the other lady if I can do a cash advance .The lady was even more frustrated and annoyed when she was told I could. Kept passing and sighing . If you don’t like your job just quit . No need for you to have an attitude while doing your job

I've never encountered any issues at this location. I've been banking with them for about 6 years. Keep in mind that this is a small community bank. This bank has grown a lot though. They now have mobile bank app, updated their ATM at this location, and tellers have been friendly and efficient. I've taken out 2 loans here and the office lady has always been really nice, thorough, and communicative. You might have a long line only because this is a small bank. I honestly would rather be in line here at UCCU than at Bank of America!

Everything was good until they deposited my money into another person’s account instead of mine. I called them and got it taken care of and they apologized saying that a trainer accidentally did it. Shouldn’t that trainer be trained to make sure they’re depositing the money to the RIGHT account?! I used to love this location but they definitely need to improve on a lot

I do really enjoy this bank but lately their services have not been that great. Their ATM machine has been broken for months now! Also, when you need to go inside the bank there is a long line and with only one teller. They could definitely improve.

Worst UCC branch I've ever been to. Managers and employees don't know their own rules and regulations when it comes to depositing checks. One day they'll put a hold on a check I deposit the next day they won't very inconsistent and inconvenient. Won't be visiting this location ever again!

Very poor customer service. I visited this location today to open another account. I was told by the teller that I needed to see the person in the office. I waited for a long time while noticing that there was 4 people in the teller area. The lobby was practically empty. I asked again and no one in the teller area could help me. I finally left in frustration wondering why no one else was trained to assist me. It's such a huge waste of time and personnel.

People there are extremely nice. Never had a problem there before.

This location has horrible customer service! Stay away if you can. The ATM or Debit card machine is always broken. Staff has the worst attitude and never want to help clients. Visit other locations or bank elsewhere.

My car was recently totaled. From an uninsured person on there phone. Went to fill out an application and said they would call me back Monday, and it’s thursday, I left 2 voicemails, and no call back. I guess they don’t want my business. So I went to Space City Credit Union. They were nice and sooo helpful, tried to get me a car loan with in the day.

Many transactions other banks can process online or over the phone have to be done in person here. It's Saturday morning and it's crowded here. I just need to order a new debit card.
