Horrible service. There are so many more places in town who do a much better job and make sure you get a refund instead of the huge payment they said I would owe. Never again!

They do my return every year, they are fast, accurate and very friendly! Great follow up and customer service. They helped my husband and I when we couldn't file due to a late W2 and needed the $50 that they give for completing a return, the manager gave us money out of her pocket so we could get groceries while we were waiting. They are awesome!!

So my fiancé got her taxes done here. They seemed to be quick and efficient until I doubled checked there work. They shorted her tax refund by over $5000 and talked her into using a credit card to receive her refund on that changes you to take money off of each use instead of direct deposit....so after paying them close to $500 just to have to take everything over to H&R Block where they fixed liberty tax mistakes. we now will be receiving the correct refund. And on our final stop into liberty tax to check on state return the owner threatened my fiancé saying “hope the irs catch’s you” after we told her that H&R Block was getting us the proper amount owed. Will never be using them again. Taxpayers beware of these thieves!!!!

Save yourself some time and fill somewhere else. Very incompetent, turns out everything she told me was a lie, and she was laughing for no reason. I gave her my 1098T, and told me that it wouldn't be much. I filled somewhere else, and got $ 1000 just for school credit and she told me I owed $ 300, and that turned out to be a lie. Rude People.

Applied for an advanced loan and was not told by phone or email that I was denied . when I called to ask where my money was they told that I would be notified by mail. Now I'm completely broke. Thanks for nothing.

Always the best at Liberty Tax Service in Lynchburg!!! They make filing taxes so easy.

I submitted ALL my paper work by end of January. When calling them after I submitted my paperwork, I asked for a return call no less than 5 or 6 times. I never received one return call. They rescheduled me three times to pick-up my taxes... twice after I had arrived at their office for my appointment. When I arrived at 9:30 for my third appointment, the manager lied and said she called me last week and changed my appointment from 9:30 to noon. I waited at their office so I wouldn’t have to come back to yet another change. I finally got my taxes back on March 5th. Poorest service I have ever received, and I’m 66 years old. My advice... Go some place else to get better service and a better price.

Don't waste your time! I went to do my taxes they told me they would be filled out the next day all I would have to do Is sign, then they call me back saying they can't do it by the Deadline, thanks for nothing ! Have been doing my taxes with these people for 6 years now at the Hampton roads area, never seen anything so on professional as this Lakeside Office

I have done my taxes at this location for 2 years now and they are always friendly and knowledgeable about taxes and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure we get the most refund.
