I like this location. It's nice and clean. The people know what they are talking about. Shawn has helped me with a notary and my son's first bank account. I recommend this bank!

Doesn't take phone calls. Moved out of state and simply closing the account took several weeks. I ended up calling another branch and they answered right away

Very slow in the drive thur. And only give business customers 1 roll of quarters The guy in drivethur is faster. That lady is always slow and looks confused all the time.

I have had a very stressful three days where I was charged four overdraft fees, and the only reason I am considering staying with this bank is because of a very nice customer service rep named George, and a very professional employee, Emory, at the Timberlake branch in Lynchburg VA. But a very rude superior, Daryl, at the Wards branch in Lynchburg VA spoke with me in a very rude and unprofessional manner, and I would like to see him fired for his incompetence and atrocious customer service. If I leave this bank it is because of their awful overdraft policy, their lack of communication, their inability to correct their own bank error, and Daryl.

The wait times at the drive through are rediculous.

DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH. Staff placed a hold on my paycheck for 14 days. called the corporate office and after the corporate office told them they where in the wrong, they still refused to lift the hold claiming" it was in my best interest". Go to a different branch where they are willing to help you and not let personal opinions and beliefs interfere with doing their job.

Although the people and service are very kind, they do not seem to have any regard for timing. Sitting in a drive thru for 15 minutes before any cars move is insane. Please work on the time? There are others waiting.

Act friendly when you ask to deposit a check, but are reluctant and annoyed to assist with anything other than basic bank tasks/needs. They were not understanding about issues caused by their own lack of security, and don't seem to truly care about the well being of their clients.
