It's an okay place. Read below Pros: A wide selection of items. My personal favorites are movies, electronics, instruments. And my absolute favorite, gas powered equipment. A decent selection of video games. Cons: No public restroom. The most fatal flaw here. Some store policies are terrible.

Went in and Daniel came to my aid quick and professional, could not be more happy! He helped me get my asking price plus some! Must admit it’s nice going to a pawn shop and seeing smiling faces that care about you and not just a few extra dollars. Excellent service, would highly recommend!

I had taken my video games in to trade and got a fairly good deal for them. I had a pretty good Idea of what these things could be sold for and got a good deal considering online selling fees would have taken a lot off of the sale price had I sold them myself. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the owner is great as well if you get a chance to speak with him. If you've got something you want to trade in, sell, or want to buy some interesting or useful items I recommend checking this place out first.

My fiancé took her engagement ring here to get resized two weeks after the proposal. They did a great job resizing the ring but they chipped the main stone in the process. I called them about it and they claimed they did not do it so they won’t do anything about it. It’s a very noticeable chip so we would’ve seen it if we had done accidentally beforehand or after so it was very disappointing when they wouldn’t stand up to it.

Picked up a few Morgan’s this evening. Came in just before closing time and was pleasantly greeted. Browsed a few minutes and spent a little money. As I was busy with the silver case I didn’t glance the gold until I paid. I inquired on the price of the gold eagles and about that time a young lady started packing them away and let me know the cost while doing so. I told them thank you and said maybe I’ll check them out next time. I had some more cash in the truck so I pulled it out and checked the gold spot price and decided to pick one up if allowed as it was 2 minutes past closing. I knocked and was greeted by the same young lady and asked if I was able to still purchase the coin with cash visible in my hand and she politely said, no were closed. Understandably turned away after closing time but with cash in hand I would have believed a quick exchange could have been made but they do have a business to run. As I was sitting in the truck preparing for my hour plus ride back to Richmond, disappointed that I didn’t get some gold while I was here, I decided to write a review. My time is hard pressed for stopping since my travels are work related but will attempt to make it back to grab some stuff in the future. Overall everyone seemed very friendly and helpful. Just felt when I came to the door cash in hand I wouldn’t have been turned away. This being my reasoning for only 4 stars. Would recommend to others from my experience but don’t be late! **update** Due to the response from the establishment I have knocked my ego and have updated the 4star to 5 stars as they rightfully deserve. Being a business owner I certainly understand strict policies and a pawn shop most definitely has reason for running a tight business with much jeopardized edgewise. I fully respect this and commend the kind employees because never once was I treated with anything but the utmost respect and a friendly, helpful, and pleasant atmosphere. Got a very fair trade for some diamond earrings of mine and bought beautiful 1 carat diamond earrings from them! Very happy with my deal and very happy with the customer service I received. They also had a beautiful selection. Will definitely be back and highly recommend!!!!!!

Over price most things you better off just getting new go look online you will see pawn stuff pay one 3rd of the price and want full price no one dum I just take my business elsewhere

The Staff in the Jewelry store Mz. Missy was great to help me with the items that were interested in. And the youngman with glasses sorry I didn't get his name but was very helpful and had great knowledge of what I was interested in and buying. Ty both..Satisfied Customer.

The ladies that helped me were polite especially the young one who came all the way across the building cause she saw me looking lost waiting as everyone else walk by me talking etc she the reason y'all got my business. everyone else trash except the 3 ladies that helped me.

Had a ps5 and ruined my girlfriends Christmas because she tried to buy it and ruined her surprise. 10/10 will shop again

I went to the pawn shop December 22nd of 2021. I was looking for a PlayStation 3 for my little brother (6 years old) but to my surprise the shop had a PlayStation 5 on the shelf. I talked to Jacob and he said it had only been on the shelf for about 30 minutes. I got the price and Jacob informed me of all my options as far as layaway but being that I’m 22 years old I am POOR. I called my mom to help me get the 25% down payment to which she said SHE ALREADY GOT ME A PS5. Long story short; Jacob ruined my Christmas surprise and now I know my mother bought me a PS5. I don’t know how I’ll ever sleep at night now knowing the information I now know. Jacob also helped me purchase Sims 2 Castaway for DS so he’s still cool in my book for that but don’t ever trust Jacob to keep your Christmas gifts a surprise.

The customer service is great. The staff is always very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and fair.

The staff is always patient, not quick to sell you just anything which I truly appreciate. Plus it's a warm feeling atmosphere that's very inviting, especially with all the different people that come through and yet there able to remember your name 😇

Friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional staff, they have a great selection of musical equipment that includes electronic music equipment, effects pedals, acoustic and electric guitars and numerous other accessories. I love browsing their electronics for prices that are far better than you'll see at big box stores or online retailers. They're firearms section is also very respectable, wide ranging and law abiding, which I appreciate. All in all, you can't go wrong coming here if you're in need of a loan from a professional and respectful pawn shop.

The guys there are always helpful and nice. They responded quickly to my texts concerning a guitar and offered to have their guys look at it if I wanted. Very welcoming atmosphere and not pushy like other places.

My wife and I love coming here rummaging through the movie selection . The guy wish I knew his name with glasses he’s always friendly and cool to work with. I had a ton of dvds I didn’t want at home. He did an even Steven trade for what I bought and through in a socket set I needed. I was never a fan of a pawn shop but this place makes me feel welcomed. A buck for a dvd is very reasonable. Recommend highly.

I was first introduced to this shop by my mother and everytime we come we always experience a very professional and kind staff. The jewelry section of this shop is very good and properly priced. The electronics section has a very nice selection of games, consoles, TVs and so much more. Amazing firearms dept with a very knowledgeable staff throughout.

Today was our first time here. They were very professional and helpful. We ended up getting 30 DVDs for $25. We will always return for our DVD needs whether it be to purchase more or have them resurfaced. I would like to recognize the guy that helped us. I am horrible with names but thank you so much!!

Love going here for a lot of things. First place I stop before I go anywhere. Prices are great and so are the products. I get my mom all of her jewelry here. Love the sales people so sweet and nice. I dont know how the remember everyones names. It's nice to come in and have individual treatment, not in a hurry with customers doesn't rush just to make money. Keep up the good work.
