The Pawn Shop Wadsworth St, Lynchburg

Never thought about checking this pawn shop for service. I finally visited this location and guys! My experience was very surprising. customer satisfaction!!!..off the charts. to find a good pawn shop is rare!, to find a long term customer relationship with a business is priceless!. To be treated fair, to be treated with respect, to be treated with dignity and Excellent customer service at any pawn shop is difficult!! I had a bad day!, was shopping for a present for my brother. I didn't want to go to oppleman or the other pawnshop locations has been a rough experience personally in lynchburg.To be surprised by the outstanding character in today's business in trade or sale is a testimony in itself. Thank you guys that maintain these expectations that I hold not only myself, but to others with professionalism and decorum. you can tell alot about somebodys character by the way that they treat people. I know!!.. I have a pawn shop I can honestly trust! And enjoy!! This speaks volumes in my opinion so much that I am pleased to know the pawn shop at this location.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place! They give you the best price for your merchandise and treat you with respect. This pawnshop was the first time I ever had to use a pawn shop in my life and I wasn't made to feel "bad" that I needed a little help. I have heard some horror stories about pawn shops but this shop wasn't anything like the stories I heard! As soon as you enter the shop, you feel comfortable because of all the hospitality. The owner is a all around great guy, you can't find a better place for a pawn or a purchase (I went back to get my item that I pawned and buy an T.V.). Thank y'all for being there in my time of need with NO judgement!

So I called this pawn shop today in search of Playstation Portable (PSP) games and or movies to invest in and to do away with my stationary gaming system equipment and or games as a fair trade or profitable business on their end.. The gentlemen answered the phone with one motive on his mind and that is to get me off the phone as quickly as possible whether he answered the question or not which he didn't! Smh... Terrible customer service!!!

This has to be the best shop to do buisness with warm and welcome feeling when you walk in the door
