Liberty Tax Irving St, Malden

Came in today for a noon appt. Things were slow, however, there one young lady that really set the bar high for those aspiring to excellence in customer service. Don't know her name. Works in Grove Hall (long brown hair). She is destined for success.

I saw the sign on the street. Worst Worst experience!!! The woman in charge is Yelling at all times, very rude person. If you want a good Tax Service you really need see a good reveiw.

RIP OFF.. They did my brothers taxes. He was getting back less than $1500 and they charged him $350.. lesson learned NEVER AGAIN... BEWARE (There are plenty of places to go that charge half the price & they are pleasant)

Refused to let us wear a mask during appointment?!Very rude as we walked out!Maybe a little emotionally unstable

Maryann is awesome my boyfriend and I have been going there for years...not only knowledgeable by makes you feel like your family...

I wish I can give her 0 not even one star this office is the worst please people don’t go to this office they charged double then other tax offices the lady there she scream too much she do a lot of mistakes and she will tell I know my job I know my job she’s a liar she did a mistake on my papers now I need months to fix it thank God I found a professional tax office to fix my problem with half of her price she asked me for $500 and now I paid only $200 . I will Never go there again !!!!!

The woman who started to prepare my taxes was very kind and plesant its just at the end of the preperation she said the total cost was 194.00 omg what I said I told her id just do it myelf. I then drove to175 pleasant st. In malden where they have a flat rate of 40.00 and jenifer a tax preparer was awesome I recomend checking it out before go to liberty because the poor guy in the statue suit is waving to you!

Mary Anne is one of the most ignorant people I’ve ever known, she will lock you out so she can go get coffee at dunks(she doesn’t like the coffee she serves customers) when I asked for the WiFi PSWD I was told “ I don’t know it, and I’m not going downstairs to get it” please people think....turbo tax is free...she will charge you 400 to 500 to do something you can do your self....oh and btw if your only going because of the $50.00....she put everything in her computer before she’ll tell you she’s all out.fair warning USE THIS PLACE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

I was refered there by a friend. Worst experience. The woman in charge is constatly yelling at othertax preparers, very rude person. Unprofessional atmosphere.
