You guys doing great !! No questions for that. But you don't manage time.My appointment was 4pm I was there earlier around 3:09 pm. Finally the lady she call me around 4:40 pm. To be honest it's not good for customers satisfaction. Please try to manage time and If you can put more people there. In general you guys give me great customer service with big smile 😁😁😁. As an area of improvement, is about time-management, but I understand it’s the tax season and everyone is extremely busy thus it might be challenging to manage the time perfectly.

I had an appointment at 11:30 am. When l arrived there, they said l have to wait at least 40 minutes and they had another person in front of me in the list. What is the point of to have an appointment? I really don’t get it. There is no Air Conditioner and air circulation. I ll not come here again for sure
