Amy was amazing! There was only 2 girls working when I came in and as they were getting busier Amy was very professional and was able to help everyone get checked in as well as help me do my taxes in a timely manner. Very very happy with her customer service and my experience all together.

Was very disrespected from start to finish, tax preparer would ask irrelevant questions to put me on the spot. She also made fun of me for not having my own phone number. Criticized me the whole time. The bad thing is I'm a paranoid schizophrenic and was out of my medicine, and I also was sick from an abscessed tooth and I still kept my cool. I'm pretty sure she legitimately messed up my taxes so I have to file later or next year and I'm almost homeless... Was looking forward for that tax refund...

I love coming back every year to file and I never have a problem. I will be definitely be coming back every year. Doesn't cost me much at all, and everything always works out for me. And they are very informative about what it is I'm getting back. Leena is great, I recommend going to her.
