They gave me a great deal on a bicycle that is now my main form of transportation. The staff who helped us was very friendly, letting me know right away that I am free to test out any of the bikes I saw on display in their shop. When asking questions, the staff was honest. I would go back here if ever I am looking for something that I think they might have for sale. Thank you First National Pawn. The bike works great!

I've always liked this store. But now sense they moved things around it's much brighter and feels more welcoming. The staff is great and very helpful. The manager RJ has brought good things to this store. I like going to a place where everyone is polite and enjoy there job. They all seem to work great together. When you have good management you have great staff. I highly recommend if you haven't been in for a while or havent experience this store you need to. You wont be disappoint. They have great deals!!!

I love the Pawn Shop. The associates are always friendly and helpful. Even if I don't find what I'm looking for, I never leave the Pawn Shop disappointed. Shout out to the associate Shey for being probably the coolest guy there! He's always very helpful and is very reasonable with his prices!

I've went here so long there has been a couple of ownership changes. This also prompts some type of change but what has always kept me coming back is the ones that have worked there awhile like Jeremy, the store manager and couple of others. Jeremy always has a smile on his face, always professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this place if making a purchase or pawning something. Ask for Jeremy and see him smile.

This place is awesome. They have great customer service and are willing to work with you! Employee LRT is great! All the employees are awesome always greeting you and talking with you. You don’t have to seek them out. I would recommend this pawnshop you visit first!

300% interest-isn’t taking advantage? I was told there was a grace period until I went to pick my item up and it was for sale. This establishment is like the rest of the bottom dwellers. My advise, take your business elsewhere and good luck with them.

I love shopping at first national pawn because of the wide variety of items and the great staff present that always greet me with a warm welcome and great deals. Alicia, RC, Nick and I don't remember the other guy name but all are doing an excellent job there. I 100% recommend this store to anyone looking for a pawn store

Probably one of the best pawn shops I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Friendly staff that go above and beyond to help customers. I have bought, sold, pawned and swapped items here for almost 2 years now and will not go anywhere else

They close there doors early we called an hour before they even closed no answer they sold us a tablet that is locked from the previous owners g mail so it seems like they don’t even check there stuff before even buying it selling stolen stuff hopefully they even answer tomorrow

RC was really helpful here at the location on 115 E. North!! He was able to walk us through the steps of selling our product to him, and gave us back as much as the store could offer! I strongly suggest coming to this location and finding RC! Good music, and great customer service! Their products around the store are very affordable as well!

Alicia and Nick were awesome. They even helped me out with some advice about my flooded basement. Very polite and helpful. In fact I think at one point I had 3 people helping me which I probably needed every bit of. They made a bad situation much better. Two thumbs up in my book.

As long as I have been in Rapid City. This is my go to when I need fast cash. They're very friendly. Helpful and fast. They make sure you get what you need and they all have really great service to the customer. Will continue business with them. For as long as needed.

Always courteous, willing to help you the best way possible and assists you in getting all the materials you need for whatever job or task it is you're looking for!

Had a great experience with Jeremy today at First National Pawn in Rapid City. He greeted us as we walked in the door, promptly came over to assist us, and worked with us tirelessly for over two hours. His good naturedness, ability to negotiate, and hospitality are qualities of a true professional. We look forward to coming back and doing more business with Jeremy. Give this man a raise!

We came into the store and was met at the counter by Chelsea. We told her what we were wanting to sell, so she did some figuring and after some negotiations we came up to a satisfactory price for us and Chelsea. She said she would guarantee the price for 2 weeks. We came back in about 10 days and Chelsea recognized us right away and gave us the price that she said she would. We were very pleased with working with Chelsea and definitely would recommend her to anyone and we will work with her the next time we are in here.

The people here are very polite and courteous. Seth is always cool to work with. If you need help with tools, look for the guy with long hair. He knows what he is doing! Excellent pawn shop!!!

Wow!!! Such a great selection at First National! I absolutely LOVE my new gas/electric weed wacker <333 Shey, the employee who helped me, was so friendly and eager to guide me on my search for the perfect lawn trimmer. 10/10 will definitely be shopping here again!!
