They got all the information they needed and sent us on our way with the two different vehicles we wanted to test drive. Mike T was great no pressure easy going salesman. Once getting to know us started recommending a few cars in stock. However they had a very nice 2015 Ford Taurus and he doesn't hesitate to jump into explaining that car. He did say well you guys were here for something a little smaller. I was surprised he was conscious to what we came in for. 24 hours later again with no hassle or pressure we are signing for "our new" car. I went to these guys in need of a car and skip was very patient understanding funny and has good communication I took one car home and didn’t like it brought it back and him and bull wires very understanding and I was a pain in thee but yet they still had smiles and told me no problem they wanted me to have something I feel comfortable in so thanks again guys ur the best😬😬😬😬 and then I realized the bumper was zip tied what I was paying for the car 2011 I was paying 500.00 a mth I had a perfect credit score and they wanted 22,000.00 the car had absolutely no extras couldn’t get around in snow if pulled by a dam snow plow ya don’t recommend these guys at all! I put 1500.00 cash down and then found out that was there’s just to get the loan to sell to another company ya ok it never goes towards the loan people so don’t fricking do it!!!

I would first like to start off by saying that when I walked onto the lot in Rapid City, I had already tried a few other lots around the area and just couldn't get approved. The second I walked into the wheel city office I was greeted with a warm welcome and the feeling like I was important and going to be taken care of. Bill, Rachel, and Kristina all worked tirelessly to take care of my every need and help me get into a vehicle. I had just moved to Rapid City in May and my car broke down completely on the 4th of July, I was walking and riding a bicycle around, which is not fun in this heat and random rain storms. All 3 of them took extremely good care of my every need and constantly kept checking up with me to make sure I was able to get the things I needed to get a car. After getting a car worked out it had a few minor issues as most used cars do. The team was once again on top of their game and they got the car into their shop and fixed the issues immediately without hesitation, while all the time constantly reassuring me that I was going to be taken care of and they even gave me a ride back to work after I dropped the car off, amazing! This is one of the best experiences I've ever had with customer service and just general public interaction. I could truly feel that they were going to step up and take care of any issue I had and make sure I was 110% happy with my purchase and my new ride. If anyone out there is having issues getting a car or is just in the market for a car please do not hesitate to give them a call. The entire staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I could not have asked for any better help than what I was given. Sorry about my name but I made the account when I was a kid. SKIP from wheel auto was one hell of a guy! he always had me laughing and feeling comfortable. I’m buying the car as I am writing this so I hope it works out for me. being a used car dealership I did run into some “clunky” cars but skip took them off the lot as soon as I complained about even a weird sound! buying a 17k car is scary at 25 but I needed a car and he gave me his honest opinion about every car. He was brutally honest about every car and had no hidden agenda. I came here because of the good reviews and because my friends recommended them, the prices for the cars are a BIT high for some but honestly when you find a really great car like I did you can ’t possibly say no. So my opinion- wait, find a good car that’s decently priced, and then go for it. He waited 2 months for me and made sure I waited for a good one.

Sara was amazing. She was tireless and worked soooo hard to get me into a vehicle. I was extremely impressed with her professionalism and down to earth personality. Answered all my questions and was genuinely happy for me and my ownership of my Gorgeous car. Highly recommended!!! Thank you Sara!!!
