Best Choice Pawn N Maple Ave, Rapid City

Was in there a few days ago there was 2 women working the lady at the counter was friendly stopped in to see what they had for gaming systems my 2 teen kids were just looking around and the lady sitting at the jewelry counter was very rude and said ARE U GUYS LOOKING FOR SOMETHING OR WHAT very rude probably won't be going back

Rude. Not friendly at all. Bad vibes when you walk in. Would not recommend.

When I moved here (Rapid City) a few months ago and this was the first pawn shop I check out. At first I didn't care for it because it was so small. After checking out the prices and the staff are always willing to make a deal, this place became my favorite place to shop. Everyone is nice and everything I bought works great. As long as they are open they will always get my 💰...Lol

The second I walk into this store, I noticed how trashed it looked but I continued to shop. I went to ask for some help and both people were very unpleasant. I was trying to pawn a game in exchange for some rare coins they had. I made a small comment about the lady not knowing the value of the coins which she then slapped my game down and told me to leave. Smh. I wouldn’t recommend this place ever. It’s filthy and very poor mannered people

Best Choice Pawn Shop..well I will not be returning to this pawn shop.A friend of mine was just their and had a horrible experience their..and Elderly Native American Women Purchased and item their and decided to return the item..and was told the item was stolen..ok but you sold it to the elderly women..she had proof of purchase..well this is very embarrassing not only for the customer but your business as well..Law Enforcement was called..since it's a pawn business and they have e a right to do business with anyone..plz pawn customers beware..you might be buying a stolen item from their..in return could possibly be charged with a crime..sucks but true..I don't recommend this Business to anyone who is a law abiding citizen or Is living their best life..just saying..you have been warned about Best Pawn on Maple ave in Rapid City Sd..going toward Rushmore Mall..

Great place always willing to work with you, they offer great prices, willing to barter, and are very friendly.

1 star for great inventory. I walked in to an empty store, I told the 2 employees hi. I was in their store for 10 minutes and nobody said a word or offered assistance. I'm in the market for original art. I went to Black Hills Pawn and bought a $200 acrylic on canvas then went to First National by Subway and bought another $200 acrylic on canvas. I won't be back, thanks!

SHADY people, will take your $500 item in for pawn, tell you it's "so hard" to sell those things, give you literally 5% of its value, then TWO DAYS later omg whadda ya know, they've SOLD IT. We ALL understand the basis and economics of pawning stuff, do those people understand the principles involved in building last relationships with their customers is the question. I will never even look at their business again and my very bad experience will be shared online and in person at every single possible opportunity. I hope they fail and then get screwed over by the bank and whoever else has a chance. Worst choice I ever made, bunch of lying thieves. Probably the positive reviews are written by employees/owners. If they're dishonest enough to lie to my face in sure fake reviews aren't beneath them.

I took a Tablet to them and when I got it back, it wasn't in the same condition as when I pawned it to them. It doesn't charge. The screen keeps flashing off and on and doesn't work at all right now. I told them that the sceen protector was still on it when I pawned it to them and the screen was scratched up. I told them that I was very disappointed and they couldn't help me at all. Don't take your stuff to this place. They'll do something to your electronics, jewelry, and tell you they have it all secure and safe. Their interests rate$$$ is the highest around. Take your stuff elsewhere. YOUR STUFF IS NOT SAFE AT THE SO CALLED, 'Best Choice Pawn' If you do, It would be the poorest choice you make!!

They did an extremely good deal on a 49" smart TV. I told them my budget, she looked in the system and found one that met my specs for the money I had. Very easy to work with.
