Very friendly staff. They give a fair price on your items and generally don't hassle you with 20 questions like the other pawn shops do. Easy to do business with.

Many great deals and great customer service but store seems emptier after COVID-19 hit...hoping they get more hand crafted items again and stay open because I'm a long time customer who enjoys their store

I worked with Kip today and he did such an amazing job! I came and bought a ring, with the purchased they buffed the gold of the ring for me and gave me cleaner at no extra cost! He was very patient as I took my time trying to select the perfect ring. Working with someone as indecisive as me isn’t always easy but he definitely impressed! Thank you Kip!

Kip was the one who helped me. He’s a fantastic person and gave me great customer service. He has a smile the whole time and was very happy to help. He was very friendly and gave me some useful information. Definitely will be coming back. My overall experience was great!

I was visiting from Minneapolis recently, and stopped in to look around. Derrek in particular was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very polite. I highly recommend this place! Not only are they reasonably priced and have a vast variety of stuff to choose from, they have exceptional employees who care!

Person that help me look at a vehicle of there's for sale was really nice. We ended up with a price for the vehicle but felt it was sold underneath me I was planing to buy after work that day. Also after agreeing on price saw that it was on fb market place for 500$ more than what I offered.

I stopped in on a Sunday morning to view the electronics. The place was clean, staff were friendly and the gentleman who helped me was named Stan. He was a great knowledgeable help and I am so glad he made my stop quick and easy. Kudos first national pawn.

I went in for a trade in on a vehicle and Derek was more than helpful!! He had great attitude and was a great guy all around. I would recommend going to see him if you’re looking to buy a car or do a trade in!👌🏽

The workers are usually good to me, especially Stan he cool. Never really run into problems when I buy stuff here. If I do there usually good at handling the problem.

Every time I go in to this location I get a good deal! Often times when I pay cash that day for an item I'll get a small discount. If I don't have the full funds that day for something I just have to have it's only 10% down to put it on layaway and make it mine!

If you want to do business with people who can treat you like you matter and be respectful of your time, opinion, and willing to work with you on getting a loan or selling something this is the spot. I have checked out alot of the others in the black hills and this place hands down is the spot. The most for what you need every time ... Cross check them with any place and you will see what I mean. If it's an item that's not the best fit for them they are still respectful enough to point you in the right direction and help suggest a solution to what you need done.. A++ I can't stress enough how happy I am to know that there's a pawn dealer that I can trust and that displays a business model that sets the bar so high for their competitor's.. Great place I have never worked with any one individual that didn't work hard for me there..

First national pawn is one of the best most friendliest pawn shops that I have ever done business from! They are very fair and respectful of me and my items I have bought so many wonderful items for very good prices and they care about their customers. They try to help you any way they can. Kris assist me with my business he's grown accustom to my preference of business and merchandise style whether I'm just browsing or making a purchase.

I am extremely happy with First National Pawn. I went in looking for batteries for my Milwaukee tools because I lost my charger and battery. A fella named Stan talked me into buying a Milwaukee drill, impact, charger and battery, then proceeded to bundle them with a right angle Milwaukee drill and gave me a hell of a deal so I purchased them. I was very hesitant about buying all of them, especially from a pawn shop, but I did anyway. The next day I tried to use that right angle drill and it did not work at all. I called Stan and he told me to come down and made everything right. There was no fighting or getting accused of anything. Mallory was also very helpful. I appreciate everything they did and they rocked. Thank you guys, keep up the good work. They also have a huge inventory of anything and everything you could think of. Prices are Awesome as well!!!

I had a great time at First National Pawn each and every time I’ve visited. The service is outstanding and one specific worker who helped me out the most would be Jessica Henry. AT each visit she has been very kind and helpful at finding what I needed.

If I am looking to buy, sell, or pawn anything my first stop is at First National Pawn. They have a wide variety in their inventory. It is clean, well lit, and very welcoming from the moment you walk through the doors. Their staff goes above and beyond for the needs of their customers which can be hard to find nowadays. My last visit I was helped by RJ. He helped me retrieve the items I was selling from my vehicle and gave me what I would consider a fair price. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell, buy, or pawn items.

I called today at 10:58, and I asked if this store was also doing the 20% off (which was advertised on Facebook and which the other store honored). They told me that they were, so I visited and picked out a lot of Blu-ray movies. When I got to the register, the cashier refused to give me the discount, and told me that only the other store was doing it. Thanks for wasting my time.

Great place to shop. Jessica is really helpful and great to work with. I have gone back multiple times to buy things from her. She always gives me a fair reasonable price.

Sales person made me an offer on a Facebook listing I had, told me to bring it in to the store and they would pay me. I brought it in and they haggled me, were very rude, and went back on the offer. Very unprofessional, and they don't stand by their word.

Not great, not bad. They have a large selection, prices are decent. Had better experiences elsewhere. Most of the musical instuments have been there FOREVER and new stock tends to go quickly, so i stopped going there, honestly.
