I will continue filing with liberty tax because they are very honest and upfront about how much your return is going to be. If you have any questions they will answer them to the best of their knowledge. I love liberty tax they are the best.

This place sucks. We filed our taxes on February 14, 2013 and it is now June 5, 2013 and we still do not have our taxes back. No one at the office will return our calls. We had to go to the corporate office to get any help and then its always 24 to 48 hours for anyone to call back. When the IRS does finally release the money it goes to Liberty tax's bank called JT Financial and they will hold it for 3-5 business days before sending it to your bank. This place is a joke, they are a bunch of liers. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!
