Ms. Becky Herndon was the most pleasant person to work with. Even with bumps in the road she made our home buying process easy and seamless. You hear horror stories about home buying and the stressful process. That was NOT the case with Ms. Becky. I highly recommend her as a loan officer and I will tell all my friends and family about her first.

She was very unprofessional. We were given pre approval letters after we had completed the online application. We were then urged to connect with an agent and put our house on the market. We submitted all paperwork in a timely manner and were very careful to check back with her to make sure everything was fine. Well our house sold in six days and when we finally made contact with her because she left town for a week to go on vacation we found out through someone else in the office that there was no loan! The other person in the office was very friendly and did all she could to help but the person that was in charge never made contact with us again even though she knew we could potentially be homeless. We ended up going to another mortgage provider after all this, went through the process and in two weeks they had us approved and we closed on 2/11/2020 by Gods Blessing!

Becky Herndon is my go to person when it comes to mortgage questions or help. When I first talked to her many years ago every one I knew referred me to her and nothing has changed now. Best in the business!
