Regions Bank Customer Service is extremely poor, they turn away potential customers due to making a simple teller transaction difficult. A friend wrote me a small check for reimbursement of repairs I did for them, In attempt to cash the “good” check written from a Region account, they didn’t want to cash thru the drive-thru as I am not the acct holder- Despite having my idea, said I would have to go inside, I have encountered this a few times, so no problem- then the teller informs me they will CHARGE a FEE to cash a check written off their own bank!🤯 I have both savings & checking accounts with at least 3 other lending/banking institutions locally & not one will charge a fee to cash a check I write to a friend or vendor- If they did I would close my account immediately. I politely informed the teller of my dissatisfaction- in which they expressed they did not really care… that I could teller their customer of their refusal to cash her check, I left their line,… driving over to Guardian 🏦 & cashed the small check without issue, My suggestion to any region bank customers, move your business to a bank that values your business & treats the people or companies in which you write ✍️ your checks to with respect & good customer service, Try Guardian Bank, or Bank of America or First Federal Bank or First State /Synovus … All Far Superior Service.

Don’t come here!!! Haven’t had this account a whole 30 days and they are already messing with my money!!! I’m warning you!!! Do NOT COME HERE!!! Update: DO NOT COME HERE!!! Take your business somewhere else! I did a dispute on a transaction and although it was not my fault and nothing I could do, they chose not to give me my money back! I’ll be leaving this bank early Friday morning!!! Do Not come Here!!! Do not come here!!

Horrible!!! I’ve had my business account for a year and I’ve been charged with overdraft fees 3 occasions due to atm deposit failure. On another occasion I attempt to deposit cash in the atm and it took my money. I came into file a complaint, never got refunded or even an follow up. I gave them specific time stamp on the incident . I’m sadly disappointed in this bank.!!!!!!

I must say this use to be a great bank but they will charge you so much for fees but when it comes to some fraud on your account or them messing up your account they always take their time. This bank don’t think about families that’s been going through the pandemic and will rather put extra charges on your account. But I will be closing out my account at this bank because they only care about you putting your money in their bank but don’t never want to give great customer service when you really need it. It’s been horrible Regions and it’s just time to move on and go bank at another bank. Goodbye

I have only been doing business with this bank and I use the Valdosta branch for 6 months or so. I have to say that I find the tellers to be very friendly and kind and they are very professional. I give a special recognition to Jennifer as on several occasions when I needed either a cashiers check or a money order I can call ahead and she has it waiting when I pull up to the window. I am also impressed that although I have only been using this branch a short time, they remember my name each time I go there. Great customer service.

Bank itself is fine but I want to switch due to the ATM almost every time I go to use it's broke then you want to charge me to use another non branch ATM how about you keep the ATM working or get 2 like other banks. I'm back to say I'm still sick of this atm not working smh .y'all need to do better. Dropping my 3 stars down to 1. Then they charge you for using another atm but theirs ain't never working or you have to drive across town.

This review is for the Valdosta Branch of Regions. We needed some documents notarized for the sale of our boat. David came out of his office and asked those waiting what kind of assistance they needed. We told him we needed a notary and he asked us to wait. 20 minutes later after he finished with the other customer, we went into his office. When I began talking the papers out, he informed us that their notaries were out and we would have to come back tomorrow. Why waste our time and create a negative impression on a long-time customer? That's the type of service that loses customers.
