Truist N Ashley St, Valdosta

Went in today to close my account the teller who helped me was super nice but her co-worker brandy decided to stop talking to the customer she was helping to ask me why I'm closing and when I told her she basically called me a liar and wanted to argue. Worst bank experience of my life dont know why a bank would keep an employee like that.

This bank will have you in debt. I will be closing my account. My deposits are not going into my account when they suppose to. Biggest mistake I ever made

Worst bank & drive-thru that we have had to deal with. It was extremely slow before COVID, so that cannot be an excuse. The minimum wait time in the drive-thru with one car ahead of you is at least 15 to 20 minutes.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! RUDE TELLOR!!! It is like they do not have any training on respect or how to speak to customers! I am digusted with the service this branch provides.

Just TERRIBLE. I have been to different bb@t branches all up and down the east coast, and this branch on Ashley street in Valdosta is by far the worst I have ever encountered during my 8 years of banking with bb&t. I recently moved to Valdosta and now I have to change banks. You will wait over 30 minutes in the drive thru even with only two cars in front of you, happens every time. Worst drive thru service ever. Lazy people

This drive thru is ridiculously slow. Sat in line over 20 minutes to make a deposit because the ATM deposit was down. There were only 2 cars in front of me. Every single time I have to go through the line it takes forever especially after 3pm when they close at 4. Valdosta needs a second branch on the other side of town.

It is 9am and the drive thru is not open, it clearly says 830 and they have been open at 830 before and when they do finally open they will take 5hrs for 1 transaction

I have been banking at BB&T for over ten years. Sad to say the service has gone so far downhill. I completely understand COVID was tough on certain areas of our economy. However the customer experience is the worst it has ever been. Very disappointed as I imagined I would be banking with them for the rest of my life. Here I am looking for another bank. I have been trying to get in to open a savings account and get a new debit card. Previously I was told after sitting in line for about 45 minutes in the drive thru that I would have to make an appointment to come inside to do these things. Called to make an appointment day on hold for about 25 minutes and eventually hung up. Just called back about scheduling an appointment and the first thing I was told was they were extremely short staffed and they didn’t have any temporary debit cards.

This bank is the worst. First off, this branch on North Ashley takes forever. I’m not blaming it on Covid either because it was like this before the pandemic. Also, the transactions take forever to post. I’ll have a ton of pending transactions that’ll take forever to post. Once they do, I’m in the negative and then they hit me with overdraft fees without giving me time to pay it off. They give me an overdraft fee at like 5 in the morning when I haven’t even been able to see my negative balance because of the pending transactions finally posting. Don’t bank with BB&T.

They constantly lie and say it’s because of COVID. Before that they blamed the merge with sun trust. The fact is they are always understaffed and have been horrible for a long time. If it allowed zero stars, that is what I would give.
