I thoroughly appreciate the assistance that Liberty Tax offered. They explain any questions you may have in regard to tax changes. During the Pandemic and the credits it can be quite confusing but Liberty Tax took the time to explain all of the documents sent out. I have going there for over 7 years and have never ever had a problem. People like to complain about the fees but to me it's worth it because if I get audited they got my back. Don't get me wrong, Carla was very very nice and awesome to work with. Heidi the gal up front was very friendly and quick to get people in. This is my second time here and I'm not impressed. Since the day I've filed (I filed 02/2022) I've had to jump through a bunch of hoops for a simple tax return. It's like all the info on my return is wrong and the irs is demanding I identify myself. I thought I payed them to do my taxes for me without messing everything up. Next year I'm going to turbo tax cause this is a freaking nightmare.

Crystal was extremely helpful I am a returning client for the past seven years, The reason I go to liberty as my taxes are always accounted for I get my refunds earlier as well as excellent customer service the one time that I have ever had A negative experience it was rectified very quickly. Nowadays having so many different hoops you have to jump through just trying to get taxes done it makes it a lot easier and simpler just filing with liberty
