Would love to thank the ladies that work at this office, I know so many people try to give bad outlooks on this company for the IRS delayes, I have had my Refund delayed. As of today I have not received it, but one thing I sure do know is that Liberty Has no control of how and why the IRS delays refunds, Its not like Liberty Has a magic button that they can push and IRS sees that and says OHHH Liberty needs this refund now. These ladies at this office have been there for me every step and continue to so thank you very much I will be there again as soon as all my paper work is in. Love Liberty Tax @ 901 Chester Ave

Terrible. Cost way too much money to file your taxes here. 610 dollars to be exact! Also said I don't qualify for a stimulus when I know for a fact that I do! I also had my taxes double checked and I should be getting back more.

I have still not received my 2019 tax return and its may 2021 I also have had to deal with several letters from the irs without any assistance from the company.
