I usually don’t write many reviews, but Joy deserves one. I worked with her over text and call throughout a busy day for both of us. We worked out the entire deal through text. Though I was sad to depart with my incredible Tundra, going back down to a Tacoma to save on gas and payments was made all the more welcome by Joy’s assistance. I loved having a full sized pickup, but Tacoma’s are fun and this buying experience was quick, painless, and easy. I drove to Topeka from Kansas City after being a customer at Legends Toyota since 2016. You all had the inventory and the willingness to structure a deal that benefits both myself and the dealership. (Seriously, they got my Tundra for a steal and got me a great deal on the Taco as well). Thanks again! I’ll be back for a TRD Pro Tundra someday.

It was a great experience. We were needing to trade our Tahoe for 2 vehicles. I knew it was going to be difficult since we only had the Tahoe a month. But Jeff Cruze made the whole process seamless. My wife got a car she loved and so did I. We will be back when we decide to get another vehicle.

We couldn't be happier with the great price, ease of doing business, and exceptional customer service we received when purchasing from Lewis Toyota of Topeka. We worked with John Dasher and he was super amazing and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions and even sent us a video walk-around of the vehicle we ended up purchasing. I highly recommend asking for John if he's available. You'll quickly see why when you meet and work with him. In fact, John is in such high demand that he had to help another customer before he could walk us through the vehicle technology, so he personally brought Henry over to walk us through all of the tech our new vehicle had to offer. Henry was very knowledgeable and great to work with, he took great care of us. We also had a wonderful experience with Blake on the finance team. He was super friendly, helpful, and thorough. Marty Kane went above and beyond. He was kind enough to pick me up at my place of work and drive me to the dealership to pick up my new car. He then stayed late to explain all the "new to me" technology and features and even helped set them up. You won't find a better or more thorough salesman. I highly recommend him.

Purchased a Tacoma from out of state. After reading the reviews and talking with Oz Ramos (sales rep) we felt very comfortable making the drive to Topeka. I recently purchased a brand new Corolla Cross & absolutely love this car! Steve Ramer was an excellent salesman to work with & made the whole process a breeze. He was so fun & knowledgeable & spent alot of time explaining things to me (clueless) & showing me the many safety features on this car. I also went back a couple times with questions when Steve was busy, and 2 other salesmen were quick to help - Santi & Henry. You don't know how nice it is to receive such wonderful customer service. It is definitely worth your time to visit Lewis!

Excellent is the the word I would use to describe my car buying experience at Lewis Toyota. The day I walked onto the lot I was met by Henry Leduc and offered a test drive of the vehicle I was there to see. Never did Henry attempt to show me anything else or up sell me into a vehicle with more options. Before I could purchase the vehicle I needed something that it did not have on it. The folks at Lewis, including Henry offered to find the needed component and put it on the vehicle, I accepted and purchased the vehicle that day. Over the course of a couple days it became clear that it was going to take a little bit of work to find what I needed but Henry was not deterred, using all the resources and people at his disposal the part was located and added to the vehicle. Throughout the process I was kept up to speed with regular texts and phone calls from Henry, a real professional. I have not been as pleased with a vehicle purchase in all my years of purchasing form other dealers as I am with how Henry and the folks at Lewis Toyota handled this sale from start to finish. If I can give anyone looking for a car a piece of advice, go to Lewis and ask for Henry Leduc, you will NOT be disappointed. Thanks again Henry and all the folks at Lewis Toyota.

Joy Bennet was awesome. She was very knowledgeable about her product, and presented everything in a pleasant, no pressure atmosphere. I was looking at Toyota Tacoma pickups in 2016. I went to Lewis and was helped by a young man who knew virtually nothing Toyota trucks (other than they had 4 wheels). Plus, he kind of rubbed me the wrong way. He was very pushy to sell me something from the lot that I did not want. We wound up buying a new Tacoma from Crown in Lawrence. Night and day difference with Joy. She is an asset to your organization.

Santiago Cisneros was hands down the best sales consultant I have had the pleasure of working with. He helped get everything lined up to make the process as smooth as possible. He picked us up from the airport. Was knowledgeable on the details of my truck and provided a detailed walkthrough. Niki LeDuc and Blake Jackson were awesome and made the financial process quick and easy as well. This was one of the best buying experiences I have had with this being my 7th Toyota purchase. I went to this dealership for a oil change here for the first time for my vehicle a 2018 toyota rav4, unfortunately they overfilled my vehicle, when my wife brought the vehicle back to show the service manager he rushed out to show her the oil level was good. Most people know you have to wait awhile for all the oil to drop back down to the pan before checking, he did not do this. I have provided pictures of the overfill on the dipstick before I fixed it myself.

Me and my mom bothe got vecels from Lewis my car was ok at first but started leaking oil from the valve cover and transmission pan after the 30 day after the warranty was not willing to help split the cost. My mom's truck had a transmission leaking from the drive shaft there was a recall on them but never bothered to help her out and when she and had plastic loose under the driver side rear fenderwell. Would not buy any cars from them. Parts helped me out and told me me there's a website to goto that has oem part from them that are about 20% to 50% cheaper than buying it from in the store.

Joy Bennett was awesome. She was very polite and not pushy as most of what sales is. She was probably the best part of the experience we had with the dealership. The detail shop and the paperwork part not so much. When we got the van after they went threw and “detailed “ my car it looked like it was Saturday at 4 a clock and everyone just wanted to go home. They left a rag in the car and a coffee cup. The rims only had the top side wiped off and dirty. It was below par of what I expected of how highly they hold them selves up. After I had already had the car for 2 weeks I get a call saying that their was a problem with my trade in and some paperwork but not going to go into detail on it but the fact that 2 weeks went by and they had not found this issues before is alarming. Or the fact that the finance person that was laying all the politeness and charm on me at the dealership lost all of that when he was trying to get me to fix this on my end when they had made the mistake that’s real awesome to see. But Joy was awesome I really honestly gave the review a 3 start cuz of her.

Steve took great care of me and was super nice! He made sure to explain everything over with me in detail especially considering I was a first time buyer. They are all super nice and honest with everything they are doing for you and make sure that you understand what’s happening. I went in to look at a truck they had on their website. My sales person was Jeff Cruce and he was awesome. He understood what I wanted, the price I was looking for and we discussed my trade-in. He was a caring individual, not your typical salesperson. John Fischer offered great support in the deal/pricing and we settled on the price and trade-in value. Jeff Cruce did a wonderful job of getting me and my family into a vehicle. Hands down the best there is and very glad we did business with him. We went in on a Saturday to look at a vehicle and did not reach an agreement on one. He called us on Tuesday we got a car we love and a price we love thanks to the Good Lord Above and Jeff. We arrived at Lewis Toyota during a buy back event after I purchased a used car that turned out to be not so great. We met with Lillian H. And right away I knew we were supposed to be here. She listened intently and showed so much compassion for our situation. I know sales persons shouldn’t get attached but it meant so much to my daughter and I that she wanted to help us. After a week, we got the exact car my daughter wanted and I could not be more thankful we did this with Lillian. Patrick the Used Car Sales manager was extremely kind as well. It’s not easy times right now, but I feel good about this. I spent way more than I wanted and not because they talked me into it - I did it cause I felt good about doing it here, because my daughter deserves this (she is definitely not spoiled) this was a first real car for her and lastly, I did this because I am a believer and I prayed about it and trust God in this. Came in for my second Toyota at Lewis and John Dasher was once again a big help! He sold me my dream Highlander almost four years ago - I was going to tow a trailer. Life has changed with a purchase of a new motor home - I wanted a little smaller car. I’m now the proud owner of a RAV4 limited Hybrid and I’m super excited. John was wonderful - go see him!!

Recently I had two issues with Lewis Toyota in Topeka. I had a reasonable and low key discussion with the service manager and one of the store managers. One issue was completely resolved to my satisfaction. The other was an assurance offered that service would be very professional and to my satisfaction. I have not yet been back for service, so the jury is still out. However, I was treated respectfully, professionally, and in a friendly manner. It is my intention to return to Lewis in the future for service. Five stars sill come later. (---:

Had a pre-scheduled oil change on my Sienna. First off, I was told I needed a factory recommended transmission service and coolant flush for about $400. I declined the offer and proceeded to go inside and wait. During that time, I found that the services recommended we not factory recommended at all. I understand try to "up-sell" services for commissions, goals, etc. Just don't tell me it is factory recommended. Dealer maybe, but not factory. After an hour and a half, I finally went to check on the status. "Oh yeah... it's ready". When the advisor was going over the inspection sheet, it was recommended that the cabin air filter be replaced on the next visit, as it was showing wear. Funny thing is I installed a new cabin air filter the day before, and even very clearly wrote the date of installation on it. That tells me it was never checked. I mentioned that to the advisor, and all I got was a nervous laugh. Next, I was told the air filter in the engine compartment was looking good. I can tell you it was not. It was very dirty, but I left it in place as a test. Same nervous laugh. Failed again. I contacted Toyota to submit my concerns and have not heard a word back. I am disappointed that when the advisor was confronted there was no attempt at a resolution. Only reason I gave it 2 stars was the fact that everyone on the sales floor was very kind and nice to chat with and the facilities were nice.

It’s always the extra things that shine a light on how well a dealership cares for its customers and supports their ambassadors. When I was unable to tweak my schedule to travel up to Topeka, the vehicle was brought to me - and the time was taken to go over the features and familiarize us with its many features prior to returning to Topeka. There was an oversite on Lewis Toyotas part missing a severed high pressure line, causing a/c not to work. When this was found, I contacted Lewis after having the freon flushed and filled which didn't correct problem. I spoke with the general manager. He apologized for the mistake, and resolved the issue.

Wanted to buy my daughter a Scion, they told me they’d drive it to the location my truck was getting fixed which was majorly helpful. I don't wanna be too hard as I was there for a promotional free oil change but the service advisor acted like he didn't want to honor that as the first thing I heard after I pulled up in line and showed the voucher, was "you'll have to come back". I asked why as my appt was 2 o clock and the person I was just talking to didn't mention any delay. He said "our computers are down" I was like "okay you don't need a computer for a oil change, write the info down and you can input it later, he then looks disgruntled as I basically caught him in a lie and hastly takes my key. Then 20 min later shoves me the paper back(thought the computers were down) with my key and no other words but where my car was parked. No small talk no nothing no have a nice day even. Why offer free services if your service is gonna just not gonna be happy about it? And I thought the oil change package always came with a free multi point inspection. Which I understand it was free so maybe not. They just did the bare minimum because it was free which is fine. Just wished the service advisor was better. Doesn't make me want to be a customer just cause I showed up in a 500 dollar van for the promotional free oil change doesn't mean I'm trash. I work very hard for my money and don't like car loans. Just the whole feeling I was less then made this not even worth my time of driving an hour. Although the sales rep I first talked to (Steve) was really nice, (yes I knew coming in for a for free oil change I was likely to be sold a car, but I calmly explained I wasn't in the market and he didn't keep pushing). So to sum up I'm happy for the free oil change promotion, but it doesn't seem like your service staff is happy to do them. If it's taking money out of there pocket I would have rather paid and be treated an equal.

I worked with lewis over the last few weeks to find myself a new vehicle. Even with their limited inventory, they offered to go out of their way to track down the car that I wanted. They were able to get me a better deal than the competing dealer had it listed for. The process was really smooth and my salesman, Santi, and manager, Kaleb, were both incredibly easy to work with. I have put a lot of thought into this review trying to think of the words. Unfortunately, incompetent is the only thing I can come up with for their service dept. After taking my 2021 Highlander to the dealership we bought it from to have an AC issue looked at and finding out it would take a few days to fix, we decided to take it to our local Toyota dealership, Lewis. After looking at it, they called and asked if it has been in an accident. I bought the car brand new, so no never been in an accident. Lady proceeds to imply it has. Tell her no and she likes okay. Next day, we call to see where the repairs are, tells us should be done by tomorrow but if not we could get a loaner with it being warranty work. Not 30 min later they call back insisting our car had not only been in an accident, but an accident so bad we had after market parts on a BRAND NEW CAR and this was no longer warranty work and we owe close to $800. Called dealership we bought from, no idea what they are talking about either (Car Fax is clean) so they contact Lewis to help us get it straightened out. Dealership we got it from gets Lewis to release the car back to us so we can take it back to them. At this point Toyota Corp is involved too. When we pick up the car, Lewis is still insisting (Serice and Asst service manager) our car has been wrecked. Over 2 weeks later we get our car back, fixed and proven it HAS NEVER BEEN in an accident. So much stress all because one tech saw "something" and NO ONE at Lewis bothered to verify. It has been a week since we got our car back from the other dealership and we haven't gotten so much as a phone call from Lewis even apologizing for all the grief they caused. I understand believing your tech but when your customer (and Car Fax) tells you this has not been in a wreck, due diligence might be best rather than making wild accusations. I will never step foot on this lot again to buy or have a car serviced for so many reasons and I recommend no one else does. You guys have lost a loyal Toyota owner for life.

My girlfriend bought a used 2017 Honda Pilot from Lewis Toyota and has only been able to drive it 4 days out of the two months that she's owned it. The torque converter was bad, so that took two weeks to fix...no communication. Now they're saying that the engine needs to be replaced, only after I called them after having it three weeks...again, zero communication. Also, she's now getting swapped out on the loaner vehicle they gave her for the 5th time. This time is because they sold the vehicle she's currently driving and told her they need it without any notice. I have never experienced a worse car dealership in my life. Honestly, stay away from this dealership at all costs. Update: So Lewis Toyota is now trying to swap vehicles with her, but it's an older vehicle, with more miles and of course not what she initially wanted. The vehicle is a little cheaper, but her payments would be $100 dollars more a month with a higher interest rate, most likely because of two major car purchases against her credit. Do not buy anything from this dealership. If they're doing this to a single mom working two jobs, there's no telling what they won't do.

Bought a brand new car from Lewis Toyota and Santi was really helpful in explaining the car features. He answered all of our questions and offered to do some of the bluetooth and app set up for us. There was some hang up on paperwork but after addressing it with the financial managers, it was resolved. I did have an issue with the handling and timing of the resolution but we received a heartfelt apology from our financial manager. To me, that shows that the company and its employees have accountability and commitment to the Lewis Toyota experience.

Went in to Lewis Toyota to check out the LC Lexus coupe they had recently. As soon as I mentioned it I felt judged as if I couldn’t afford it. Being that they did not know anything about me I assumed it was based on my appearance. Nonetheless I asked if I could at least have it opened and started. Each time the question was ignored. It was sort of pretty womanish. I wanted to announce that I make 2x the amount of the car in a year and could’ve stuck it to them but decried to leave and buy somewhere else. They also have very little to choose from. No Supra’s at all. Very depressing lot. Better off shopping in Kansas City or Car Gurus. Found the same car in Dallas for less however it didn’t have enough horsepower. Also thought about the 2023 Sequoia for the size. But wouldn’t buy from here.

Took my Lexus in for an oil change after both Jiffy Lube and Walmart said the oil filter was on too tight and they'd broken their wrenches. First, they were CHEAPER than Walmart and Jiffy Lube (assuming I got synthetic oil), which was a pleasant experience. Second, there had been a slight rattle from a loose heat shield in the exhaust, and this was fixed at no charge.

John Dasher was a great salesperson. I looked the first time and wasn’t sold on either car I looked at. I received a call from John several days later with a trade in they received. I went and looked, I felt it would be a smart purchase. JT heard what I needed in payments and warranty and made it happen. In and out within 3 hours! This is my fourth vehicle bought at Lewis Toyota. I am a big fan of the Toyota brand because of its quality and reliability. For the last 20 years it still continues to impress. I was not necessarily in the market this past spring, but I was able to drive a Venza and I was thinking that I will eventually need to own one. I came back about a month ago after doing a lot of research on the different models. I met and discussed the options with Joy. She was very helpful and tried hard to accommodate my wishes and find the right car for me. Despite the scarcity of new cars, she was able to facilitate the process and get the car within a month. I was very impressed with her professionalism and kindness. Would highly recommend this dealership.

I came into Lewis Toyota with my daughter on yesterday, and right away I was impressed with professionalism, and kindness of the staff, and I must say, you don't always get that with each car dealership. But the young gentlemen that helped my daughter, I was beyond impressed with before the car was sold too her, he was quite amazing, his personality, and knowledge of his job position was quite impressive. I got my toyota 2nd hand but my 2003 sequoia, is the best truck ive ever had i can pull a skid loader haft the year with no problem and get around in the snow like its on rails . It has almost a millon miles with no major repairs and drive like new , i use it like a one ton truck haft the time and it stands up to four kids like a champ,

Oil change turned into a nightmare! We brought our Camry into Lewis Toyota for an oil change and tire rotation preparing to leave town the following day. On my commute to work the following day my car began to hesitate and when exiting the highway a huge amount of smoke came from the tail end of my vehicle, so much so that I couldn’t see anything behind me. I made it to the side of the road. We towed our car to another Toyota dealership where we were told that Lewis Toyota had overfilled our car by two quarts. The dealership that was working on my car contacted Lewis and they agreed to cover the repairs. There was oil everywhere including debris through the fuel system. When I received my car back six days later I was told I’d need to wait and see if anything else went wrong with it due to the overfill. The list of things that can be damaged is long including gasket, seals , sensors, Catalytic converter, crankshaft, fuel system issues to name a few. We had NOT even received a phone call from Lewis. I made contact with them as now I had a car that I commute and travel out of town for my job. I was now supposed to wait for the next issue to happen and Lewis would determine at that time if it was caused by the overfill or not. To keep me from being stranded or stuck with repairs that may fall in our lap we decided we had no choice but to get a different vehicle. We could not sell it outright as we could not in good conscience sell a vehicle with so many potential issues. Lewis said they would give us a “great” trade in value and a “deal” on a new vehicle which we had no choice but to go through Lewis as once again our options were limited due to the damage. Steve Ramer was the sales person which was NOT a good experience at all. The good deal Lewis promised us ended up being sticker price and trade in value ended up being $4000 less than they posted our car for the following day. Mind you they posted our vehicle the following morning after we dropped it off the evening before, which means they didn’t have time to do a lot, if anything to check for other issues even though we told them in an email, in person and over the phone that the car was still hesitating at times. They also listed our car with 10,000 less miles than it actually had. Needless to say we will NEVER use Lewis Toyota for anything ever again.

Lewis Toyota is my new benchmark for sales and service. Early Saturday morning of the 2021 Memorial Day weekend — mid-way on a West coast to East coast trip — we limped into the dealership with unknown electrical troubles on a 2009 Prius. Even though we didn’t have an appointment, the service manager appreciated our predicament and fit us right in for a diagnosis. The news wasn’t good. The repairs required sending an electronic module back to Toyota and would take two weeks. We spent the next 3 hours exploring a WIDE range of options with the assistance of the service and sales departments, finally deciding to sell the car to the dealership for a very fair price and continue the trip by airplane. Garry (service) and Marty and Cindy (sales) could not have been more helpful or accommodating. To say “they went the extra mile” is an understatement. Not once did we think they had anything other than our best interests in mind. What began as an extremely stressful day could not have turned out much better. I’ve been a car owner for over 40 years and never experienced customer service like we received from Lewis Toyota. Though I live in Oregon, when I’m in the market for a car I will definitely look at the Lewis website and seriously consider another trip to Topeka where the focus is clearly on the customer.

Leased my first Toyota six years ago. Great experience. When lease was up leased another. Same great experience. Today I leased the third Toyota. I must say not only was it the same great experience, but in addition to the transaction going very smoothly the sales person, John Dasher, was so knowledgeable. Not only knowledgeable but entertaining. When my group left the dealership we felt very well served and understood what we leased and how the vehicle would meet our needs. Business deal, yes, but so nice to deal with someone so accommodating. We will probably be back there leasing again in three years.

A few days ago, I stopped by to have my battery looked at because my car would turn on, but it wouldn't start. I was welcomed and one of the employees kindly opened the door for me. It didn't take too much time at all to figure out that my battery was low and that I actually had a nail in one of my tires. Unfortunately, the repair was not included in my warranty. With me having zero in my pocket, I told Gary (the main guy that was helping me) to give me some time to come up with the money, and he agreed to wait. As I was making various phone calls, Gary gives me a call back and told me that everything would be covered and they'll take care of me. He went above and beyond and talked to his higher ups about my situation. I am grateful that the company was so caring, friendly, and understanding to me. I was very satisfied with the service I got from John Dasher. Even though the vehicle we were purchasing was not a Toyota he had good knowledge of the car and was so polite. We had gone in to get a car for my daughter and received great service from Santiago Cisneros as well. I loved having casual conversation with him and car talk. Even though he's younger he knows what he's selling. The next two individuals I want to recognize work in the financing area. Their names are J.T. and Dakota. I took my 2002 Tacoma in for an oil change today. Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful. AND they didn't try and rip me off by adding additional "problems" that really didn't need to be done. (like MIDAS) When they were done the man said that my truck was in perfect condition and they charged me what they said they would, therefore, I give them a 5 star rating. 😊

Came in for two recalls, a tire patch and a break light change. I had an appointment for 1:30, arrived on time no problem. I work and am a full time law student, I take my time very seriously and coming to get my car taken care of was done with the assumption it would be on time and my appointment would be prioritized. I was told 3 hours. I called twice to check on my car. The first time I was told I would be called back very soon (I wasn’t), I called back 15 minutes later and the call was ignored. I called another four times over the period of an hour, no answer. Because I had made arrangements around this, I was dropped off 15 minutes past when the car was supposed to be done. I was called on the way my car would not be done tonight and there was complications. When I arrived in person, as I had no other ride and had to be at that point, they let me take my car and we arranged for me to bring it in the morning right after opening. I was told the remaining repairs would take 30 minutes, tops. I arrived on time. When attempting to call to check on it once more, I was answered the first time and told they would return my call (they didn’t). After 3 hours past when my car was supposed to be done I called another three times, all of which were ignored. Immediately after trying to call I realized they were purposefully ignoring my number. Using my friends phone I called and was answered quickly. Once more I was told they would call me back in the next ten minutes. An hour later I called and they told me they would call me back in the next ten minutes. I called again 30 minutes later, at a time where my car is 4 hours late and they tell me once more they will call me back. I tell them I haven’t been called back yet. They tell me they’ll place a stickey note. Cool. I don’t believe them. This is the last chance I have to get a ride once more so I am dropped off, I’m told I have an hour left to wait. So, I wait. A total of one day and five hours late I finally have my car. I was purposefully ignored, never called back and shown repeatedly my car was not a priority. I had two recalls and should have been offered a rental, but I wasn’t. This is the second worst car repair I’ve ever had, the first is one where my car caught on fire. Deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism here. Won’t be coming back and will be letting everyone else know they shouldn’t either.

Everyone provided amazing customer service even when I wasn't approved without a large down payment. They were still extremely nice. Wish I would of been able to go with them as I know I would of had a reliable vehicle with amazing people if I ever had a problem. No complaints. I saw an advertisement for the dealership and they were running an event with increased trade-in values and claimed amazing financing offers, and they were not lying. Many times you’ll walk into a dealership and not have a good feeling, wondering if the salesmen are being honest in giving you a good deal. I can attest that the people at this dealership are honest and straightforward. Marty Kane was my salesman and he is a fantastic and honest salesman that helped me out in big ways. Driving East on I-70, 6 hours in to a 24 hour trip, just west of Topeka when disaster struck. Our Lexus burst an oil line and we were out of luck. It’s Friday afternoon, around 4 o’clock and we figured we were destined to spend the weekend in Topeka until someone could take a look at the car Monday. We were wrong. We called the local Toyota Dealership, Lewis Toyota, and spoke with Gary in the Service Department and that’s when our luck changed. Gary said he’d stay late until our tow truck showed up (ON A FRIDAY) and that he would do what he could to get a tech in on Saturday to get us back on the road. A man of his word he found a tech, and when the tech left for the day Gary personally helped button every thing back up, clean up our car and send us on our way. We cannot say enough how great of an experience it was, Gary went higher than above and beyond to help us out, on a weekend no less which every traveler knows can be a tough time to get an emergency car repair completed. Would highly recommend Lewis Toyota, and Gary; your legend will live on within our family for years to come.

I won't mention any names as we are not trying to ruin someone's livelihood, but our experience at Lewis Toyota in Topeka KS was terrible to say the least. Sales people were nice at first but became extremely pushy towards the end. They even almost ordered us the incorrect car until we corrected them on it TWICE. Prices were never clearly communicated and many things were hidden from us throughout our visit. There was absolutely no transparency at this dealer and things kept getting changed without us being informed. Honesty was another big issue for us with this specific dealership. When we started signing the documents, the VIN number on the documents was incorrect and they never made any attempt to correct this. Additionally, they also tried to get us to sign loan documentation and refused to give us our APR and monthly payment. At the end, we decided not to take the car they took their anger out on us, which was very unprofessional of them. Therefore we chose not to purchase from them and take our business elsewhere. Because of this experience we will not recommend family and friends to them and we will no longer take our car to Lewis Toyota for routine maintenance.

Went in to buy my first Toyota and walked out with a beautiful 2020 Tacoma. The people that helped me were so nice and made me feel very comfortable throughout the buying process.
