Community Lending of America were great to work with. As first time home buyer's we didn't know where to even start. We contacted Ann at CLA and she helped us through the entire process. She even referred us to our real estate agent (who was amazing!). Whenever we had a question, no matter what time of day, Ann was quick to answer. She was there from start to finish keeping us notified of everything that was occurring and assisting us even when it wasn't her responsibility. We financed our first home in 2017 and tried to refinance with the same lender in late 2020 to take advantage of lowering our interest rate and potentially our monthly payment as well.
