    Jonah at the Topeka, KS Belle Ave location was incredibly helpful in July 1, 2022. I called in with account questions and he knew exactly what the issue was, got things resolved, checked all accounts to make sure if they showed the same problem that they were corrected as well... And even refunded service fees without having to be asked. He was so friendly and professional. I was blessed to have his assistance! ❤️

    I usually find it a hassle to go to the bank, however I actually usually leave with a smile afterwards. Sanella is always the person who helps me with my questions regarding loans etc. She’s really friendly and just does a great job making sure you feel appreciated. Great example 👍🏼

    The clerks are usually helpful and friendly, however the wait in the drive thru lines has gotten absolutely ridiculous. There are 6 lanes, yet only 4 of them are being used and people sit here and wait for a minimum of 10 to 15 minutes every single time I just need to make a quick deposit. Definitely wish my landlord did her banking elsewhere because the time it takes a clerk to help 1 single person is way too long. Other banks will get you through the line in 5 minutes or less. Not the Envista on Belle...I would use a different location if you have things to do like most people and need to get in and out.

    I have had a terrible experience with customer service throughout my 3 years of having an auto loan here. The directions are different depending who you talk to. Most recently this happened in regards how to get my lien release and close my account which I was calling about again because the person I had spoken to on the phone previously did not close the account or send my lien release. This last time I spoke to a representative who was hesitant to give me the name of the person I was talking to since the was not the first time I had tried to close the loan that was paid off more than a month ago. The customer service of this credit union is frustrating at best. This last time was the first time I felt like the customer service was very condescending to me when I was asking for specifics to ensure that the process was done correctly this time and I had my documentation of it. This institution responded to this review but did not bother to contact me personally. They have all my contact information through my account. But to provide an update, I had to call a fourth time to get my lien release, as this time I had called my treasurers office as I told they would send it, low and behold it wasn't. The lady I spoke to on the phone was the only helpful person I have ever spoken to here. She got on my account and realized my lien release had been completed, but sent to nobody. Not me, not the treasurer nobody. This time the rep email me a copy, email the treasurer directly, and then mailed a copy to me. After 3 months I finally got my lien release, and in less than a week my treasurers office had mailed the title to me. Lesson learned, document everything with this place. Pros: -Great Rates Cons: -Poor Customer Service -Weak/Lacking online portals - forced me to mail in physical checks until I was told when i called for payoff amount that there was online payments. I had to call in every year for a new book of payment slips and would ask about online payments and was told not an option each time since I did not want to use them as my primary bank and have money deposited there. Instead i just wanted to pay out of my checking online, which is exactly what i did for my very last payment....bizarre. -Online portal consistently locked me out or would not recognize my account. -Reps not completing orders as supposed to be done. I just purchased a new vehicle through a different credit union instead of using them again. I would advise friends/family against using them before suggesting them.
