Joe answered my phone call live when I called in the first time, and emailed me the 5 refinance quote estimate scenarios I requested within a matter of minutes! My wife and I chose the refinance option we liked best, applied easily online the next day, and closed our loan in 8 days! Talk about fast and easy! Linda emailed me almost daily to give me status updates while processing our loan, and Joe emailed me and called me also to update me and answer any questions I had for him! Finally, signing our closing papers took less than 30 minutes! We couldn't be happier with the best customer service experience we have ever had in refinancing our mortgage! LendRight Mortgage is a great company to do business with. I wasn't quit sure what to think when I heard their add on the radio but I'm glad I gave them a call. We took care of everything online until closing and they were always very helpful and responsive with any questions we had. They were able to get us closed in under 30 days with a 1.75% rate on a 15 year refinance loan. When shopping other big banks, they were only offering a 2.2% rate. I would highly recommend them to anyone else that is interested in doing a refinance as well.

I was very surprised at how smoothly this process went. It wasn't my first time refinancing so I did now what I was looking for but they made it super easy for me. I got several different options that I was able to compare and choose from. I was given several summaries of the loan that actually matched or did better than the original bids. And still the final loan was still a lower amount due to the conserving nature of Lend Right's Mortgage estimates. I am very happy with my experience and I will defiantly work with them again. Quick shout out to both Jody Heuett and Linda Campbell. They made sure I got all the information I requested and did so in a timely manner. I believe the whole process to close took me about 3 weeks.

Very happy and pleasantly surprised with my experience at Lend Right Mortgage. I was shopping rates for a cash out Refi and heard their add for the $1,000 lowest rate guarantee. I figured it couldn’t hurt to try it out as either I would get the best rate through Lend Right, or some cash. Ultimately I did find a lower rate from a competitor. That is when my doubts crept in and I was sure that it would be very difficult to have Lend Right make good on their guarantee. I was totally wrong. Joe was extremely easy to work with and we got the $1,000 check in less than two weeks from closing with the competitor. No hoops to jump through, just followed their process which was well documented on their website. In the end I got the best rate and got some cash. Would gladly recommend Lend Right to others and I commend them for their integrity!

Offered the most competitive rates & costs. Was working with multiple lenders competing for our loan. Joe at Lend Right communicated better and offered the best deal for us.
