This was our first home buying experience. Can you say stressful. Friends and family told us it would be but Jeff Morgan with Academy Mortgage was AMAZING!! He seems to be a very busy guy but never let us feel that. We never felt like we were just another loan. Jeff and his team (Tamara and Jennifer) were very kind and helpful as well. The Morgan team was great at sending out emails when they required something from us and had fun videos helping us (first time home buyers) understand the process. We feel they took the time to answer any questions we had, however, they were very difficult to get ahold of. As first time buyers we were anxious because we wanted to make sure everything was running smoothly. It ended up that they were working on their end to ensure this but towards closing time when we sent emails asking for information it took a lot of repeated emails to get an update. If we had understood that they were working on their end we would have felt at ease. In the end everything worked out and we are happy that we worked with our builder's preferred lender.

Eric has been great to work with. He's always been up front and straight forward, whether he doesn't think our plan is the best idea, or he's explaining the process to us. But he's also been very courteous and professional. Not to mention, he's done a great job at finding us fantastic rates on our loans and saving us money!! We DEFINITELY recommend him!

Going with Academy Mortgage for our home loan was one of the best decisions we ever made! Our loan officer Tina Zak was such a help to us! This was our first home buying experience and Tina helped make it a non-stressful process and was so dedicated to us getting the best rate and info available. She was quick to respond to all emails and questions (trust us we had a lot) and was always so kind. Tina went out of her way to help us. I specifically remember emailing her a couple questions I had, while I knew she was on vacation. I expected to get a reply to my email a few days later when she got back in town, but instead I get a personal phone call from her 15 minutes after I sent my email! She contacted me and helped me while on vacation! That's going above and beyond in my books! I recommend all my friends, family, and literally anyone out there going through the home loan process to use Academy Mortgage!

The Academy Mortgage Team 101 made the entire process simple and easy. The home loan was the easiest part of my home buying journey thanks to these guys. I was communicated to often and they took the time to explain everything to me. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Eric Robinson my Loan officer was great!! He was very helpful with explaining the structure of the loan and what loan would be most beneficial to me . Everything was great from the rate, terms, and even the little details like no extra payment fees etc. They only reason for the 4 star rather than a 5 has nothing to do with the actual service or anyone I was in contact with but because they sold my loan to the most corrupt, fraudulent, shady bank in the U.S. Wells Fargo. To add to that they sent me 4 emails, and 3 texts to give them a 5 star review, I do not think you should ask for a review let alone 7 times. Also I have a 3 inch thick stack of mail from Mortgage insurance companies trying to sell me mortgage insurance due to my info being leaked. I would recommend Academy to a friend.

Academy Mortgage was great to work with. They were very helpful if I had any questions. If I left a message or sent an e-mail they responded quickly. I appreciated their eagerness to help me get into my home.

I had a great experience purchasing a home and securing a mortgage through Academy Mortgage. My loan officer, Erik Robinson, was knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. I loved being able to review documents and sign electronically which reduced the need for face-to-face or phone conversations. However, I still knew I could call or email him at any time and have my questions answered.
