I have refinanced with Troy at Cinch twice, both times were to reduce interest rate and from FHA to conventional, the process was simple and smooth, Troy is professional and friendly, I had lots of questions and he always made himself available to answer them. One thing that makes working with Troy superior is he will have the closing agent come to you!! Rather than driving to their office he offers the convenience of the person coming to your home or office. Definitely recommend Cinch to anyone!
