I love this place, Everyone there is so knowledgeable and helpful. Olga alway goes over and beyond to to help her customer. Now Vela was the first person I spoke with first time and she my experience quick easy and smooth. We all have Emergency and they were there to help.

I have been doing buisness with the people at this location for quite some time. I can say all the people I have interacted with have always given me excellent service and today is no exception!!!! I recommend lend nation to everyone I know. I can't say enough good things about the people here!!!! Love this place!!!!

I sought out LendNation because I had an interest in getting a small loan to get me through a short period of my semester. It was one of the few places near my neighborhood offering access to an easy loan. I found out about it via Yelp, but after digging deeper I found more information on Google based off of informative reviews. And after reading several reviews I felt in good hands with LendNation. Getting to its location was easy for me because I visit the area often whether it be to Jewel-Osco, Copy Max, Dunkin Donuts or either the United States Postal Service which all are in the same sector with some sharing the same parking lot with Jewel-Osco. Entering the location, it struck me as a Currency Exchange because both have similar set-ups, as well as offering Western Union services. During my initial visit, the clerks were very informative of what LendNation offers as well as the payment plan for the loan I received. Some advice! I do recommend checking its website out or calling for a verification of what you need to bring before visiting. With that, as long as you visit with the required information for the loan you wish to receive, your experience will be painless, plus, there are no worries about a credit check. You will receive paperwork which has when your payments are due, and if there are any problems let them know, so that adjustments can be made. Why I say that is because as the time went on, I went in on my payment due date to make a payment as a payment was deducted out of my account which resulted in a double payment. Once I took notice of it, I informed them and it was corrected the next day. While making payments it is welcomed either online, in person, or by calling. I believe that you have to actually register in order to pay your bill online, but calling to make a payment is an easy process and takes no more than 5 minutes. In a heartbeat, I would utilize LendNation again because the process was simple and the payments are manageable if you have a steady paying job. Places like this are not easy to find when you are in need for a loan at the moment other than your local pawn shop, but who wants to loan out personal items. Do I recommend LendNation? Yes, indeed!. *Walk-ins are accepted, so no worries about setting an appointment. Thomas G

THIS PLACE IS THE WROST! Do not come here for a loan because they’re not lenient and all they care about is money! Horrible customer service! Including the manager Erica! For this being my first time loan it was a horrible experience! I regret ever going to them!
