    We moved soon after one of my medical appointments. I never received a bill and had no idea there was an outstanding balance for anything. I got a statement from ATG in the mail today, saying I owned one of the physicians a balance. There was a delay in me getting the letter, as ATG had an incorrect address for me in their system that seems to have come from the doctor. I called ATG to figure out what the charge was from and how it may have gone to collections without me knowing about the bill at all, and ATG was patient and helpful. It seems the doctor had mailed my bill to a nonexistent address due to a typo. I was disconnected during the call and ATG called me right back. There was almost no wait time in connecting and I did not have to use an electronic menu; I talked to a person right away. It seems weird to leave a good review for a collection agency, but everything was smooth and fast, and they were able to confirm that because it was handled so quickly it would not affect my credit score. I appreciate their timeliness in alerting me to the error with my bill and giving me a chance to remedy the situation before any adverse consequences occurred to me or my credit.

    I owed my credit Union a balance and I called my credit Union so I can get the balance and paid this balance they give this number to me from my credit union the customer service on this company to collet this amount money it's obnoxious she told me oh its been 4 years this balance you never paid. And I told her that why I called because I want to take care of this b alone but she so obnoxious . If you had a bad day don't to be nasty to your customer service. You just collect the debt the customer and I don't owed you anything I owed my credit Union just to past that to you.

    So disappointed. I'm trying to apply for a mortgage and we have 4 accounts that were paid and its still showing negative and this was awhile back and I called the credit bureau and they indicated that the creditor can provide a letter to DELETE the account off my report since it was paid and I know a lot of people that have received that including our loan officer has been able to get that letter and the first person I spoke to today was very rude and refused to help, I asked to speak to a supervisor and she was even worse. I understand that they are debt collectors but showing good customer services and least trying to find out if you can help the client goes a long away. Once I told the supervisor she was being rude, she changed her tone but that's really unfortunately. They need training on how to respond and react with clients.

    Account was paid off and ATG was extremely helpful with getting this reflected on my Experian credit report after Experian refused several times to acknowledge account paid off, even after documentation was submitted. ATG went out of their way over a few days to ensure Experian made the corrections. A special super thanks to H. Hernandez. Amazing.

    I like many others in the world made a mistake and left it unattended because I didn't care and felt it didn't need to be taken care of. I personally had over 15k in credit debt and compilated filing for Bankruptcy and take the easy way out as so many other do!!! I work in finance/sales at a reputable dealership and found myself being a hypocrite when I am explaining how financing and credit works yet I had so much unpaid credit accounts. Your company was more than accommodating to me and my needs to close this account and where SUPER friendly and not pushy as many many other debt collections agencies are and have been with me and millions of others... Thank you for your help!!

    When I found out my account was in collections, I was already dreading having to contact the agency. I found their website and was already pleasantly surprised to find a live chat option.     When you hear “debt collector” you think of the people that are mean, harass you, dehumanize you, etc. I had an outstanding bill I somehow overlooked from 2017. My bad... 😬 and I wanted to pay this bill off! I went to the very easy to navigate ATG website and utilized the live chat feature. To my PLEASANT surprise, I worked with an awesome gentleman named Craig P. Craig did not make me feel bad, he genuinely cared, we even chatted for a bit! He was kind, patient, and very helpful. If you don’t want to speak to someone over the phone (or even if you do), pay your bill with/ask for Craig P. I would give him 100,000 stars if I could. Also, be kind when you speak to him. In such an ugly world, be good to one another. He’s doing a job just like any of us and he is very good at it. Craig, if you are reading this, thank you again and stay safe!

    Craig P was awesome ! He answered all my questions and helped me feel more on ease. He was understandable and kind and professional. I have called in to talk to a customer representative and by far I would rather chat with Craig as he has better customer service . I was at work and it took me a min to answer and he was patient and understanding.

    3 years after my hospital stay people working for this agency started calling me telling me I have bill to pay. I have not received any letter with bill. I asked them several times to send me bill vis USPS and to email. They promised to do so. However they DID NOT. They even demanded my ssn via online chat. I have done research about phone numbers they called me from. None of the numbers is associated with any agency Everything looks shady. Very unprofessional people

    The incompetence of these people is astronomical. I provided them proof on three separate occasions that my account was not in collections via the from of written communications with client. First, I was told to email it to a "supervisor" who didn't bother to acknowledge that he received the email. Then I provided the proof via their chat line and was told that I had to have THEIR client call them, because apparently this company doesn't communicate with their client. Meanwhile, I was reported to a credit agency for non-payment on a debt that I did not owe. The company claimed multiple times that they had mailed me a letter and called me when they should have called their client and confirmed there was an actual debt. What an absolutely fraudulent company with zero respect for common sense.

    I just want to thank VPerez from ATG Credit for making this process so easy. I have not had an issue with a credit collection agency for quite a long time, but I do remember it being quite stressful. It was much less stressful to deal with this on a chat rather than on the phone and it only took 5-7 minutes to resolve the issue. I highly recommend settling whatever credit issue you have on live chat with ATG.

    I wish all collection agencies were like ATG Credit! Incredible response time, the chat option is AMAZING and VPerez, my agent, was incredibly helpful. I waited at most 5 seconds TOPS to be connected to her and she was able to answer all of my questions without problem or hesitation. Her kindness and patience with me was refreshing and lovely - 10/10 experience!

    I would not give this place any stars but I have no choice. I received a letter from this company stating I had a very small balance from the hospital. I called the hospital, spoke to multiple departments and was told I did not have a balance. I attempted to call the company and no response for months. As I continued to call, the number was disconnected. I sent a certified letter with the payment and a separate letter to the the P.O Box on the letter. I then sent multiple emails from July 25th-September 3. So, from July to September, I called multiple times and sent emails with no response. Finally on 9/3, I spoke to several rude and aggressive representatives who did not desire to answer my questions when I presented the facts. I have to notifications from the post office that both letters that I sent via certified mail were signed. I have receipts for the cashier's checks an proof that they were cashed. Ms. Perez hung up and I was unable to reach her. Multiple agents did not have answers to my questions. I again called the hospital and was transferred to multiple departments. There was no account placed in collections for that amount. The billing departments were unable to help because I don't owe anything. I even spoke to management in the billing department and was told that I did not owe anything. The lying and professionalism is the problem here. Even if I did owe, why not answer my questions if you did nothing wrong? I kept calling to get a answer and finally was told that the account was no longer in their office. I am going to file a complaint with the Attorney General's Office and the BBB.

    I had a terrific experience with this company, particularly the online chat person. All of a sudden, they appeared on my credit report about a health care bill from last year that I wasn’t aware of. My husband and I thought we had paid everything, but this one slipped through that occurred a week before we all got hit with the pandemic. Thank you for finding out that I did pay the bill!
