Bob is fantastic to work with - honest, direct, patient, and very responsive. I can't compare his firm's fees to others since we only went with him, but we got a great interest rate, well below the 'averages' I was seeing on Google searches. He responds to questions at all times of the day, in fact our initial call was on a Sunday just 'cause he replied so quickly and was free. He's very helpful in crises when banks don't cooperate and knowledgeable about all elements of the process. Very personable and to-the-point.
